I've had randy for years now! So dependable, so wonderful to work with. I never have pest issues. Grateful for all his help and honest work.

We have been using Best Indoor/Outdoor Pest Solutions for many years. Using their service regularly, every other month, we have no pests in the house - never have ants or spiders. If we ever have any other type of pest issue, they are able to solve it with 24 hours of calling. They are wonderful at handling any issue we throw at them and figuring out what kind of pest we are dealing with. And their rates are very reasonable! I highly recommend them!!

I manage multiple properties and the owner of this firm, Randy, has been my go-to for pest control issues. His pricing is reasonable, his work ethic is excellent, and his knowledge and willingness to provide explanations and work out solutions to tough problems is beyond compare. He always performs above expectations and is head and shoulders above other larger commercial firms who really couldn't care less. He is careful, ecologically mindful, and knows the laws and requirements for his chemicals and baits and is able to discuss the best solution for your problem. I recommend him highly!

I highly recommend HomeShield Pest Control. We hired them for a pest issue, and our technician, Jordan, was fantastic. He did a thorough job both inside the house and in the yard, paying attention to every detail. Jordan also made some excellent suggestions to prevent pests from getting in, which we really appreciated. He took his time and didn't rush through the process, ensuring everything was addressed properly. Excellent service and great professionalism.

Additionally, their customer service is wonderful! I called to ask for a time frame and to request for a narrow time window, which they were able to accommodate and the technician texted an hour before his arrival.

Very quick to schedule me, and the person came within the allotted time they told me. Bradon was our guy and did very well. He is extremely nice, positive and professional. We hope to get him every time we get service out here!

HomeShield was recommended to me by my mom who has used them for about 3 years. They have an amazing referral program which made it $0 to start with them. The monthly cost is definitely affordable (for what I needed them for) & I like that they stand by their work. Upon calling I had a lot of questions and they were very informative. Jordan came out and did our first spray today. He was great with his communication and was very thorough with treating all areas of the house, inside & out. Mitchell came to help me with a recurring ant problem that I’ve been having in my home. He was very patient and thorough, explaining his strategy and approach for eliminating the ants.
