Carlos V. was wonderful to work with today. We’ve been dealing with a recent swarm of ants inside and outside as a result of the recent rains. Carlos came over to apply the first treatment and was extremely friendly, took the time to explain his process and best treatment options, and even recommended some tips we could take at home to treat our plants so that we’re not attracting additional pests. Highly recommend him and Homeshield!

Bradon was the specialist that came out to service my home for my first bug treatment. He was very professional, respectful and thorough. He went through everything he was going to do and told me why he’s doing it. He removed all the spider webs and sprayed inside & out. 5 star experience

Aaron was our guy and he did a great job from day one. Aaron was always informative about the treatment. He always made sure to ask if we noticed "anything." I'm hoping that we will never need pest control services again. And, if, we will need some more pest control services we will call on Homeshield Pest Control.

I would like to give a recommendation to the gentleman who treated my house yesterday, by the name of Aaron. He was remarkable and amazing and someone I would recommend 100%. We were having a difficult day because two homeless people came by the house and their stuff was all over the place. Aaron disregarded the mess and just simply helped with fumigating the bathrooms and the kitchen and some of the bedrooms. Once again, I could not recommend him enough. Does get the job done. Seeing less insects in the house. Even though its a quarterly service, would be great if they can come month to month without having to make an appointment. Overall great customer service and the techs who do come out does a great job and respects the property.

Our technicians that we have had so far were fine. Today, Aaron was efficient, courteous, and professional. I just don't like that there is such a huge window for arrival time. Our window was for 8 am to 12 noon, and our technician arrived just before noon. Otherwise, service is fine!

Just completed our first service. While its too soon to vouch for the effectiveness, I can say that the technicians Jordan and Tevin are so professional. They were knowledgeable, kind, accommodating, and courteous. They sprayed inside and outside, explaining the purpose and even reviews areas and points of entry for critters.

Adding an update 1/7/26 - still highly recommend William! Everything I said before is still true :) William is the BEST technician! He really cares about his customers and takes the time to explain what he is doing. He goes above and beyond by using gel after he sprays, then sending us photos to document any challenging areas. Today he explained how the change in weather requires a change in the products he will use in our home. I highly recommend WILLIAM C!

I took advantage of a holiday promotion on the startup fee, and I was pleased with my service from Tevin at the company. He arrived promptly, sprayed the property and explained everything I asked about, including the name of the poison (Selontra) used in their bait boxes.

I'm optimistic the solution they offer will keep my house bug-free and eliminate the rat I detected in my crawlspace. I'll update this review after a couple of treatments to see if they were effective as their guarantee claims.

I asked HomeShield to take care of some fruit flies and other pests. Ian responded promptly to provide a quote, Quinn wrote up my service contract, and Aaron came out the next day to provide the initial consultation and service. They were all very courteous and professional. I appreciate that they seem to care about the outcome for us and not just growing their business or making a lot of profit. Their rates are fair and competitive.

I am very pleased that Home Shield continues to have Kevin as my service technician. Always so polite, accommodating and service oriented. Asks me if there are any trouble spots, checks in with me before and after the service and just a positive person.

I'm a new customer. I'm glad that I did not sign up for a one year contract. I usually would go for family owned company just like Clark pest control years ago but they were sold to a corporation now. HomeShield is family owned but I had a very bad experience with the service technician Bradon. His work was very sparse. The manager I spoke to kept defending him. But I have cameras around my house shows how he did his job. I won't go for this company again. Or if you're a customer don't go for Bradon

Jonathan communicated in advance about his arrival time and showed up right on schedule. He was pleasant, professional, and took the time to really listen to my areas of concern. His work was thorough, and the entire experience was great. I look forward to my next visit with him.

Tevin is always so incredibly kind, patient and sincere. They take time to say hello and let us know if any concerns. This may only be their second visit, but almost immediately we’ve seen an improvement with less interior and exterior creepy crawlies. Thank you for your amazing service!
