“Drain Doctor (Joe Castro’s team) was professional, responsive, and thorough—they quickly identified a deeper buildup clog, snaked initially, then returned promptly for a full toilet replacement with new parts/hoses and hydro-jetting to clear the pipes (no roots thankfully) Highly recommend for tough plumbing problems!

Gave Drain Doctor a call after a suspected toilet bowl wax ring leak. They were able to come out the next day. Joseph came right on time. Did an awesome clean job and was able to do some other small tasks for us.

He was also able to change out our water heater a couple days later. Another on time, clean job. Price was on point, for the service they provided. Wouldn't hesitate calling them in the future if anything else ever comes up.

I was having an issue with a dishwasher that wasn’t draining properly so I called the Drain Doctors. We set up an appointment and they were out the next day. They did a good job following up and communicating prior to arriving. Once there Joe assessed the issue and went through his checks to fix the problem. I brought up a few other issues I was having at the house and he was able to quote me and fix those issues as well. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the Drain Doctors.

The people who comprise this company have a lost art form...Customer service. I'm talking old school customer service that leaves you feeling in good hands. The receptionist I spoke with on 12/26 at around 11:30am was articulate, well mannered, attentive, knowledgeable and expressed interest in the company. Joe, the person who came out and helped within just an hour of my call was the same way. Paying for a service needed that came out of the blue and something you can't solve on your own at the time gives a pretty raw feeling, but that's not what I felt at all due to the professionalism, knowledge, and concice service. Thank you, I will be using this service in the future as well as recommend to others as I am proud to be associated.

We are so thankful for the outstanding service we received from Joseph. This was an emergency service, and he came out on New Year’s Eve, which we greatly appreciated. He replaced a busted, corroded pipe, clearly explained the process, and made sure we understood everything along the way. I'd made the mistake and hired another company to fix a leak in the main water line above my water heater located in my garage. The handyman wasn't able to get the job done and had actually caused more damage than what had already transpired. So, in a bit of a bind, I called Drain Doctor and their receptionist was polite, professional, and had a team out to my location within 45 minutes. Joseph was extremely polite and professional, which put me at ease immediately. He went through every single detail of the process before beginning and gave me three quotes. Their price was worth every single penny. Not only did they go above and beyond fixing the leak but we encountered yet another issue, and they handled that as well. Completely complementary. It has to be said that many companies I've hired in the past unfortunately do not share the same form of quality and courtesy as Drain Doctor. Joseph and his partner did a phenomenal job and I can only wish that other teams would possess the same decorum. They left the job site cleaner than they had found it, wiped down the walls, cleaned up the previous guy's mess, and did so on the same day. I can't recommend this team enough.
