Outstanding Service — Highly Recommend!
My grandmother had a constant water leak at her home for months. When she finally mentioned it to me, I checked and confirmed it was a steady leak from the main water line between the meter and her home. Joe came in with a great price and handled everything flawlessly. He was prompt, professional, and punctual. They took their time to do the job right and made sure my grandmother was 100% satisfied before finishing. I truly appreciate everything Joe did to get her water back up and running. If I could give more stars I would! Joe Castro and his team at The Drain Doctor did an amazing job repairing our damaged sewer drain. They also installed new utilities for our new laundry room! Very pleased with the quality of their work and customer service was excellent!! Highly recommend them to anyone

I have quite a bit of work from Aurum and the work was excellent. The work area was left very clean, much cleaner than other contractors I have used. Also very positive vibes from Alex. I am planning on using them again for a project that is coming up.

I had a great experience with Aurum Construction, Air Conditioning & Heating.
I had a leak coming through my bathroom ceiling and wasn’t sure if it was from the AC unit or the plumbing.
When Alexander, the AC technician, came out to inspect it, he quickly found the issue. He discovered that the prior work done by another technician was sloppy and had caused the problem.
Alexander walked me through everything, showed me pictures of what was wrong, and explained the repair clearly. He corrected the mistakes, and now my ceiling is no longer leaking.

When my AC went out, the original installer told me the unit was no longer under warranty and that repairs would be out of pocket. Something didn’t sit right with me, so I reached out to Alexander from Aurum Construction — and I’m so glad I did.

After inspecting the motor, he discovered it was still under warranty and handled the replacement himself. He even let me know the unit had eight more years of coverage, which gave me peace of mind moving forward.

Beyond the repair, Alexander walked me through other ways to improve airflow throughout the house. His knowledge was impressive, his communication was clear, and his honesty truly stood out. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable.

Peter is extremely helpful for the heating reparation. He has introduced many basic knowledge about the AC and heating system. In addition, he fixed it in a short period of time! That was very impressive service and I would highly recommend him!!

I am very impressed with Peter. He came to our house a year after filling up my refrigerant to see if there is a leak. True enough his suspicions were validated. He explained our options thoroughly. I am very thankful for his time and professionalism. I will be referring him to my friends and co workers. This is how much I trust him.

Very impressed with this company. They showed up on a weekend and kept me up-to-date with their estimated time of arrival. Then they gave a full & detailed assessment of the problem along with various scenarios to address the issue.
