Ralph explained all the different systems available and help us chose the right system for our needs. We replace our old old 5 & 3 ton A/C systems with a 4 & 3 ton, replace all ducts, installed attic radiant barrier and air purifiers and one additional return for a great price. The workers Christian and Genaro show up on time and performed the work diligently and with great workmanship. The final technician check all the work and explained clearly the main system functions. We are very happy that we chose Air Caresaver for the job.

I called Air CareSaver and they saved the day even on a last minute service appointment. Ralph was definitely on point about being able to get a service technician to my home at the time slot that he predicted and the technicians arrived on time! I must give a big shout out to Edwin and Joshua for coming out and servicing my ac unit and now my family won’t go crazy due to this crazy heat wave that we have. I will definitely recommend Air CareSaver to anyone that wants to get their ac units serviced. They also have other services that are provided but I just wanted to say what I called them for. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends for all their heating and cooling needs!

VEry happy with Joshua and Joseph with their service today. Both were very professional and went straight to their work of the maintenance of my AC. They are both very efficient and polite. I think Ralph has found somebody to fill in the shoe of Edwin in Joshua. Joshua is very skilled and knowledgeable in his field.

Edwin & Ralph were absolutely the best! I called them out to help out my elderly Parent because their AC unit broke. She needed a new unit, so they set her up with a portable window unit, until they were able to install the new unit. They were professional, caring and were very neat. I even had exterminators come out after AC installation and the exterminators even commented on what a clean & professional job that was done. Thanks for the quick and accommodating response to help my elderly parent. Will definitely be calling you soon for my home!

These guys were awesome! Edwin and Joshua did an Excellent job on fixing the A/C. They also took photos of the work from the previous installation to show what happened in the attic. Will definitely call them again for air conditioning service and was a real lifesaver during the Hot season in the Valley. The installation of the new wire was done very quickly and professionally. I appreciated that my technician Joshua, was on time, very professional, and informative in educating me regarding each inspection he was doing. I was satisfied with the job because he kept everything clean and neat. He was also very personable so I felt comfortable as he was doing his work.

I had my HVAC unit replace and have the duct upgraded. At first, first my idea to have the whole duct replace but Ralph explain it well that the duct material is still in good condition and I only need to realign and fix the duct and replace some of the undersize duct. This saved me some money. They are very professional when they install the new unit, they install tarp on my carpet and clean up after. After the installation, the air blow very well, the unit runs perfectly and quite. Luis who installed the unit is really great and explain to me and show me what he did.
I am happy with the unit and installation.

But the best part for me is how easy and stress free the process is. Ralph did not pressure me at anything and make me fell like talking to family or friend.

Ralph was very professional and friendly throughout the whole process. They initially sent out someone to diagnose the problem and sent me photos, videos, and a phone call to explain the situation.

Afterwards, Ralph explained all my options very thoroughly and patiently over a video call. I was able to pick the best solution for my problem within my budget. I got updates from them through the installation/repair process and got another one at the end to summarize that everything went smoothly.
