My friend used Servpro before and spoke highly about them. I had mold growing in my bathroom so I knew who to call. They were very knowledgeable and took great care of me. Would definitely recommend!

Servpro of walnut was very professional and responsive when our house was damaged by water. Their team is super friendly and are very transparent about what they will do in their procedure to remedy the moisture. I definitely recommend these guys if you have any water damage.

Jason and his crew came to my property to remove our moldly walls and flooring. I was so anxious about them leaving a huge mess for me to clean up. I was happily surprised when they left the place cleaner than I had left it! They did a wonderful job.
I would definitely use them again.

Very impressed by Shannon at SERVPRO of Walnut! She provided excellent and patient customer service to me during a time where I desperately needed emergency services for a sudden leak, causing water damage and mold to grow at my home. Shannon was there for me throughout the whole two week process and was very flexible and kind with accommodating scheduling changes and instructions to be given to the technicians.

The technicians were also very prompt and trustworthy. I left them a lockbox to work on the moisture drying, mold containment, and mold remediation and was happy to return to the home with little to worry about.

They're a AAA approved vendor for moisture drying and mold remediation and it shows. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys; and take it from me: ask for Shannon!

I contacted Servpro with regards to a water leak I had. I was overwhelmed and confused with how everything was being handled but Cris Hernandez explained everything to me and left me at ease EXCELLENT customer service overall such an amazing experience extremely knowledgeable and professional they definitely have the right people doing the job ! I would highly recommend this company and would use them again. I had Servpro come out and do mold removal at my house. The guys that came to my house to do work were really professional and attentive to all my needs.

Our washing machine burst and flooded our home. Moises and his team arrived within an hour after we contacted them and began removing all the standing water and placing equipment. As stressful as this situation was, Moises treated my family and I with compassion and were respect. They guided us throughout the entire process of cleaning and restoring our home. I wasn’t entirely sure we would get our home back to normal, however after seeing my home restored better than how it was before, I was quick to write this review.

Cris Hernandez was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Definitely made the entire experience much easier. Professional individuals from the front office staff when I called to the team that came out to do my repairs ! Overall amazing experience got the job done in a timely and professional manner. I had what I thought was a small leak at my house that turned out to be bigger than expected, I was worried about getting all the work done before the holidays but Miami and Dennis were amazing with the water damage and James, Amelia and their team were wonderful. They kept their promises and were on top of everything. I can't thank them enough for all their work and they made a stressful situation as easy as possible. I was so impressed by the responsiveness and overall customer service of Cris Hernandez and his team. I called a while ago about some water damage on my ceiling caused by a water heater leak. I was confused on the process of how water mitigation worked but Cris was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable as I’m a new property owner. They really did a good job and help mitigate the saturated areas. I will definitely call Servpro again!

About a week ago my apartment flooded. We called Servpro and walnut to come out and start with the cleanup. Since then, I’ve had someone come every morning to check in on the fans and dehumidifier and monitor the flooring. Chris stands out as he has been very prompt with getting things done. Him and his team demo the apartment underneath me which was damage due to my flood and we’re so quick and professional about it. Chris is courteous, very prompt and on time and extremely knowledgeable and checks in when I have a question. So if you ever need restoration work reach out to this team, they’re amazing.

A pipe burst at my house flooded my house. Southern van in front of my neighbor’s house.. They were responded quickly. They communicated great. They Communicated and got approval from the insurance company. They got everything done and got my house back in Ordered in a timely fashion. Thank you, Surf pro you are awesome. Paul Gutierrez came today to our home as we recently woke up to a flooded kitchen and bathroom over the weekend. Two other plumbers had came prior and couldn’t find source of leak or extent of damage. Thank God for Servpro Walnut who figured it out, and I can’t rave enough about Paul who they sent out! He was extremely thorough, competent, articulate, and knowledgeable! He took his time to make sure he didn’t miss anything, and explained everything to me every step of the way!
