Sunday morning called and they were right there. Tech Gilbert came out and checked everything. We were do for a new water heater so as soon as we gave him the okay to do it was done. It was very good estimate and half of what we were quoted the day before. So appreciate him doing this because it was miserable dealing with another plumbing company and tech the day before which I will keep name off because they were shady from the beginning.
Now Gilbert with Roto-Rooter is very professional, straightforward and very honest and we totally trusted him. Will call them again and highly recommend them. Thanks again!
