Amazing service. Had 4 issues (laundry pipe needed snaking, shower knob needed to be fixed, kitchen sink needed to be replaced, and gas line needed capping), and it was all handled within ~3.5 hours. We didn’t even know our gas line didn’t have a cap until our technician, Gerardo, pointed it out while he was working on the laundry pipe.

Gerardo was a great technician! Very cool guy and very knowledgeable. He explained every issue to me clearly and fixed everything with ease. :)

We have an older home and root-rooter has always been our go to company. Douglas came out and was outstanding. He listened, checked everything, quickly determined no blockage, but felt toilet part just too old and needed to be replaced.
He consulted with a colleague and then replaced part. My 20 year old toilet now functions perfectly. I highly recommend him and this company

We had a clogged kitchen sink that we tried to unclog with different drain pipe cleaners, but none worked. We thought that it had something to do with the kitchen disposer. We called Roto Rooter to replace and install the disposer and also help unclog the sink. The plumber, Jerry showed up and installed the disposer, replaced a part of the tubing and finally ran a snake through the pipes to help clear the lines. The plumbing service was costly, but he got the job done. We commend Jerry for his professionalism and his competence.

I had a water leak that started in my upstairs bathroom and flowed down through my kitchen. Douglas and Pablo, were able to find the leak, which was in a tricky spot behind my vanity in the upstairs bathroom. I was really happy that they were able to locate and fix the leak without causing any damage to or removing the vanity. Both of them were very professional and took the time to make sure I got the best solution for the repair. Thanks for the outstanding service to both of them.

To his credit he asked us to go to the kitchen sink to run the water to identify the root cause of the blockage. He determined that the kitchen sink was the source of the problem and within minutes got his tools and cleared the mess rapidly.

Technician (Miquel) was out to my house within an hour to fix two plugged toilets. Determined the situation within 20 minutes of careful testing, observation and exploration of the overall plumbing system. Explained the fix in detail, and the cost before starting the work, then did the job. The work was perfect, as was the cleanup. I HIGHLY recommend this company !! Totally professional.

Sunday afternoon and a sewer (yuck) line backed up into the toilet and tub… yuck!
I called Roto-Rooter… had not used them for ten years! They said they would send someone out… in 45 minutes!
Douglas arrived in 43 minutes… wow… just WOW! He lugged his machine down fifty steps and started reaming out the outside one way clean outs… good news bad news… he got a partial clearing… bad news he had to remove the toilet to get the remaining clog. Good news he was able to suck the yuck and then remove the toilet to finish the job. Yippie… flowing free! He replaced the toilet, cleaned the floor and said someone from restorations would be out to assess the damage and offer repair and replacement services. Before I knew it Sid was there from restorations and was checking out the crawl space for water damage. He was checking the moisture level in the bathroom to determine the necessary options to restore the bathroom to pre yuck conditions. He offered suggestions and said he could send someone from Roto-Rooter to use a camera to find the area in the line that was the cause of the back up. Enter Daniel on Tuesday… he sent a camera down the line and used a sensor to determine exactly where the collapsed portion of the sewer line was that we had seen with the camera… ugh… 6’6” down… yikes! He said Roto-Rooter has a division to expedite emergency repairs and do the excavation… really? Where do I sign? Holy Cow! Roto-Rooter has thought of everything! What a seamless operation that made a miserable yucky situation tolerable… thanks Roto-Rooter!
