Recently had another good experience with Preferred Plumbing. Shane tech #12 was the person to service the call to address backed-up plumbing in both bathrooms. Great customer skills, knowledgeable and professional, understood the problem at hand and resolved the issue. Shane was pleasant and easy to work with, readily addressed any questions I had, or those from the owner of the property.
