had them replace a commercial water heater. Charged over $3000. A week later pipe above water heater had a leak. refused to repair under warranty and charge an additional $150. Do NOT stand by their work!. Another plumber reviewed their work and said it was amatuer level.

well they probably arent the cheapest, but very good. showed up on a Saturday 2 hours after i called them. installed a new hot water heater in about an hour. cleaned up the mess and hauled off the old heater. very professional staff. will do business again!

I had an emergency repair during this holiday week and Tino's was able to send out Andres, who did a great job. A leak in my main water line left my entire apartment complex without water. I am so grateful that he was able to repair the problem the same day. Forever grateful!

Thank you so much to Roger and his kind helper! I was in a bind with a new dishwasher sitting in my livingroom and a frozen water valve. They arrived as promised and fixed the frozen pipe and installed the new dishwasher. They also took away the old dishwasher and all the cardboard boxing from the new one. I am so very happy with the kind and friendly service I received.These two young men are a treasure to your company! Highly recommended!!

I have used Tino's plumbing for around 20 years and every one of my neighbors on El Dorado in Santa Cruz also uses Tino's. I love using them because all of their guys are part of the same family, and no matter which cousin or brother I get, the work is always reliable and correct. And the price has always been reasonable too. I have never had any of their work fail and remember my history with them goes back 20 years. These guys are pros and know what they are doing. I have had several remodels as well as hot water heater replacement, toilets replaced, fixtures in my showers and at my kitchen sink have all been done by Tino's. They have also done big jobs like replace the sewer line between my house and the street. So, just about anything and everything over the years has been touched by these guys. George, and Richard are the most common workers that come here but I had George's brother today and again, excellent work and on time. They always communicate with me and always are reliable about appointments. Theresa works the office so I often communicate with her as well and she is always professional and understands what I am requesting and passes the messages on well. Tino's gets my top marks, and I don't give that out lightly... Great job guys!

Tinos has always done my backflow test and I've been happy with them but this year they said they would do it then never followed up with me. I received a second notice from the city and realized it was overdue. I had to contact them 4 times to get an update on the status. I was told they would get it done, probably that week then they followed up the next day saying they couldn't do it at all and I'd have to find someone else. At this point it was almost a month overdue. Fortunately I called Romero Landscaping and Irrigation and they came promptly and did the test. Skip Tinos and contact Romero for backflow testing!

Called Tino's in a rush to fix a leaking water heater. George was awesome and took the time to explain what was going on. Had it fixed in a jiff. Then called them to fix a gas leak. The crew that came out were super fast and helpful and took the extra time to make sure the house was safe. When we had a question the next day, despite it not being something they normally handle, they were willing to come out and take a look to make sure everything was hooked up and safe. I will not use anyone else going forward. You really just cant beat the service and the tech that come out. Thanks Tino's for making my house safe.

I've had a couple positive experiences with Tino's. I then tried several times to get a video inspection of my sewer line done by Tino's and was in the end "ghosted" by them. I realize that they probably aren't qualified to do the work that I need done, and wish they could have just told me that upfront so that I didn't have to waste so much time waiting on them.
