This company is not related at all to the Original Artistic Tree Service in Huntington Beach, which has been in business for over 40 years.

Needed a few palm trees cut down. Saw that Artistic Trees had good reviews. Called and Ambrose came over to give an estimate. The crew came on the scheduled day and cut and cleaned the area in a couple of hours. They also trimmed the remaining palm trees. If you need your trees serviced, give Artistic Trees a call.

Due to high winds I woke up to find two trees on the side of my house coming out of the ground. I called various tree services for three days and received no response from any of them after leaving messages. I called Artistic Tree Service and they promptly returned my call. John came by the next day,saw my delemia and scheduled me in to have the 5 deseased Pines removed. John and his crew showed up on time removed the trees and cleaned up the yard In a few hours. Look I was out of their service area but John did me a solid and took care of me and I appreciated it. Their prices are a bargin for what they do. Thank You Artistic Tree Service,now when the wind starts howling I'm in my home with peace of mind.

This company is only into money. They will charge you for every single branch they cut. They want to make sure that they will not cut any extra leaves by accident and they want to charge you for every penny they can. The service was only 70 % to the satisfaction regarding the quality and quantity.
I like to find a company which is reasonable and put customer's needs first, also is helpful and willing to do small things in order to build up a good reputation and being able to return for the long term service. Therefore, I certainly will not use this company again.

Thank you ATS I had a ash tree fall down due to this windy weather. It fell on my house but, luckily Ambro came with his team and started working on it A.S.A.P the team left everything super clean and it looks like there was never a tree there. Than Liz came because I was paying with my credit card and she was super nice and gave me my receipt. I recommend this tree service to everyone they did a phenomenal job.

Hi-Quality Tree Service has been the best trimming service our Condo Complex has ever used. They were affordable and extremely professional. They upheld/completed all services that were agreed upon on the contract. They completed the job ( 38 large trees trimmed and 2 removed) in the two days that were promised. They began the job the following week after confirmation of approval by the HOA to begin work. They cleaned up and hauled away all tree trimmings. We will definitely use them in the future and recommend you give them an opportunity as well!

We recently purchased an older home and the first thing we noticed was a persistent musty smell whenever the air kicked on. After doing some research, we decided that a full duct cleaning was the best place to start. The team arrived right on time and walked us through the entire process before they even unloaded their equipment. They used a high-powered vacuum system that was much more intense than I expected. It was honestly shocking to see the amount of construction debris and thick dust they pulled out of the vents. They even showed us a few "before and after" photos using a small camera they snaked into the lines. Once they finished, they made sure to vacuum around every single vent cover to ensure no mess was left behind. The house smells so much fresher now, and I’ve noticed I’m not sneezing nearly as much as I was last week. They were incredibly professional and respectful of our furniture throughout the morning. I am very happy with the results and feel much better about our indoor air quality.

I have severe seasonal allergies and indoor dust makes everything even worse for me. I decided to try air duct cleaning after hearing good things from a friend. The technicians were awesome and explained how buildup inside the ducts affects indoor air quality. They showed me the amount of dust that came out and it was honestly disgusting. Since the service, I’ve definitely been sneezing less around the house. Very happy with the results.

We have been using Capri for our family pool for almost a year now and the level of professionalism and attention to detail is unmatched among any other provider that we’ve used in the past.

Our pool man, Ty, is friendly, always on time, and consistently delivers a sparkling clean pool every time he visits. He is extremely knowledgeable about everything relating to proper pool care, and will give us notice on anything we need to maintain its chemical balances after big parties such as 4th or July or Labor Day weekend celebrations. Besides that, he’s also an incredibly nice guy!

I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Los Angeles / San Bernardino county areas who wants to keep their pool pristine and ready for pool parties. They are the best in the game.

Cost over 1000 dollars to get the pool recovered from pool guy Ty. Plus he stole the chlorine tabs. The service was fine for many years. Have been a customer for over 20 years and for several years two pools, always gave Ty tips during the holidays and gifts for his baby. Recently the most disgusting unprofessional behavior. My mom is a senior caring for her senior sister with cancer. She noticed her pool looked greenish. She contacted Ty and he said he really didn’t care he would sweep and dump some chemicals and cancel service. Then proceeded to harass my senior mom stating she turned the motor off etc.. service is paid in full for month so his offer was no favor especially since he has missed weeks and we have not complained as long as the pool was in decent shape. The company offered to come and help with the greenish look but they had no one to continue the line. This is how long term customers are just disregarded extremely unprofessional. I do not know what is happening in the cleaner Ty’s world that he is so miserable but it must be bad to verbally bully a senior caring for her senior sister. Good luck hopefully your situation gets better and you learn how to treat others.
