We needed our new home cleaned before we moved in and they did a perfect job. The home looks great and we are happy to continue using Maidscape as our primary cleaning company

Ive been looking for a cleaning service for the longest time. Tried out Maidscape for the first time and am impressed with every aspect of their business. The initial phone call all the way to completion was a a pleasant experience.

EXTREMELY SATISFIED in the customer service provided by Daniel! I've been using his company's service ever since I bought my new home. I notified Daniel on a Monday that I was sick and would need to reschedule because I didn't want the crew to get sick. I didn't confirm which date but he was extremely patient with me throughout the whole ordeal. He called back every couple of days until I was finally able to reschedule. Thank you for being an easygoing and reliable company! :)

This is my first time hiring Maidscape Service, I have been looking around for one since my previous cleaning lady retired, I was so happy I decided to hire them, a team of 3 ladies came to work, they were fast and efficient, although I had to move most of the furnitures around while they cleaned, but since it was noted on their website, it was cool, they really cleaned everywhere, very professionally done! I did appreciate the fact they came on time, asked me before they threw away any bits and pieces they found, and thoroughly check all the grounds before they left, I would recommend them for my friends and family for sure!

Working with Maidscape was a great experience. My communication with Daniel was prompt and professional. Maria and her team came to clean my home, and she exceeded my expectations. I had one cleaner before try to clean the hard water stains in my bathroom, which she was not able to do, but Maria was able to get it sparkling again, which was a huge feat. Another thing I liked was that I could use a credit card, not having to deal with cash or check made the whole process that much easier. The pricing was a little expensive, but it was worth it for the amazing customer service and how easy it was to get everything done.

They always find a reason not to honor the warranty on plants .

Staff don't really interact with you unless you seek them out for questions on your own, but they've been friendly once they actually do talk to you.

Staff is good had good experience with them and like getting my girlfriend plants and pots besides any of the other needs for household stuff

So unfortunately had a bad experience. They left a big old mess on my neighbors property. Even went so far as to straight up ignore the mess when it was pointed out. They are not professional business.

Moved and blocked trash cans so they couldn't be collected.

Responded to my email right away and completed the job on the same day. Very professional crew and the cleaned up perfectly!

Don’t use this company. The climbers use spikes to climb trees and this will severely damage your beautiful trees. They trimmed the trees at the apartments I live at and did a real hack job and you can clearly see the wounds from where the climbers were using spikes. Very unprofessional.

They are honest and friendly. They have worked on my folks yard and trimmed many trees. He has worked on my two other properties and is great efficient and very good prices

David was super professional and nice, they showed up on time, my tree looked very nice and healthy now. They left the place clean, I would definitely recommend Discount tree service. Their prices are very affordable.

These guys destroyed my backyard. I had an outside gym and they continue to use it as they were working. They didn’t put anything back that they moved. I would definitely never hire these guys worst professionalism I’ve ever seen. No respect for any of their clients that are paying their bill.They left my backyard in complete shambles.
