I reached out to several vendors through yelp but Chris stood out. He communicated well and did not act like a pushy salesman! He answered all my questions and followed up to provide expectations.

Daniel was my technician and he provided good service and communicated. He addressed my concern at the end and did not get frustrated when we pointed out areas that needed to be serviced again.

We reached out for a full exterior job at our property. Chris was very responsive. The day of the job happened to be one of the hottest of the year, and yet the team showed up on time, and went above and beyond. Very professional and patient with anything that needed a bit of a retouch. Chris followed up immediately after the service and made sure we were happy. Their customer service, knowledge and work is fantastic. Will be calling them again, and would highly recommend them.

Now I know why Chris Kud has only 5 Star ratings from all his clients. There's no nonsense, no mistakes, just showing up early, getting the job done well, leaving a perfectly clean roof, sending me the pre and the post cleaning photos, and off he went. I found him on a Friday and my roof was cleaned on the following Monday. All done! All clean!

Chris and his team did an excellent job of power washing the walkways/stairs and surrounding walls of the condo complex I live in.

Chris is professional and very timely in his response to the RFP, and we had the job set up and done within 10 days of the initial contact.

Apparently my insurance company flew a drone over my house and informed me I had a month to clean off some algae or they would cancel my policy- Wekud power wash came out within a couple of hours- it actually turned out that it was more algae that I anticipated- they were upfront about the cost- explained the process- and the results were great. Would highly recommend for any power washing needs!

The 5 star reviews don’t lie! Chris and Abraam power washed our 4 unit building and we are very impressed with the results. Chris was on time, accommodating, and communicative throughout the day. Our windows are sparkling and the building went from gray back to white (except for some extra tough stains). They have the most competitive prices and give you so much in value. Appreciated their hustle, didn’t stop working the whole 6 hours. Definitely will use them again.
