I reserved two cleaners for two hours. Only one showed up and she was two hours late. She then called another cleaner who arrived an hour after her, three hours late. I called and they had no idea why she was late and why only one person showed up when the order clearly shows a request for two people. I spoke with someone and he was able to offer a discount of a minimum of 15% percent. I said to please call me back before charging the card on file but he didn’t and I get an email saying I was charged the full price for a service I didn’t receive. Now I’m calling them again and no one is answering. Later the cleaner that did show up said she was late because she was picking up cleaning g supplies. How does that make it acceptable for her to arrive two hours late? I did today receive a discount of 40% but only because I really pestered about it.

I rarely leave reviews online but this one had to have one. Thanks to Juan and Leandra. They did a good job at my mother-in-laws house when she was not feeling well.
They were really courteous and very friendly for the one month they cleaned for us. Very thoughtful and always went out of their way to impress.
If I have any cleaning to be done, I am definitely reaching out to Spotless Maids LA. I hope you will send me the same crew.

Our Turkish carpet looks great. We would use them again for all our oriental carpets.

David and his team are the best! We had a bunch of rugs that needed deep cleaning. David gave us the best price and even came to our house to drop them off because he was in the area. He is also so knowledgeable and I learned so much about our rugs and he showed us some gorgeous ones in his car!

David could not have been nicer and was just incredibly helpful. He personally delivered two very large rug pads for me quickly and efficiently. He clearly cares very much about his customers. I highly recommend.
