My house caught fire in September 2021. I was referred to this company by my original contractor for mitigation work. The project manager Chris Bucklin came out and met my project manager and then sent in an estimate for repairs. The demo estimate came in at approximately $29,500 and the cleaning came in at approximately $10,500. I agreed to these amounts and met with Chris at my property to go over the scope of work and signed a contract to have the work done. He said at that point that there was a chance the estimate could increase and he would let me know. I never heard from him about that again and they started work 2 weeks later. I received the bill about a month after that and it was for almost $9,000 more than what the estimates were. After months of going back and forth with their company and the insurance company, they refused to lower the bill. The felt this was acceptable because their original estimates were just “estimates.” I explained to them that people get estimates from companies for a reason because they want to know what they will be billed at the end of the job and estimates should be very close to what the actual bill will be. They apparently don’t understand that. Even the manager Mark Burke would not fix the bill. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They’re unprofessional and will take advantage of you and your insurance company. They overlapped billing from the demo bill to the cleaning bill and billed for the same services. My neighbors even complained while their crew was at my house working about how loud the crew was being the whole time they were there and no project manager was there supervising.

I'm giving Restoration Management Company a 5 star review for their work performance, integrity and advice. I had water intrusion on an exterior wall the entire winter from a punctured roof made by a solar installer. Unfortunately the water was being channeled in a roof valley and going down the exterior wall eventually destroying an upstairs bathroom, and the kitchen below it.

After meeting with Aaron Armstrong it was evident that this was his area of expertise. He was excellent in guiding me through the process of inspection, removal and remediation of the water damaged areas. He is professional and a delight to work with. Aaron had his crew start the following week, and they were extremely organized, worked quickly and set up the proper barriers to isolate the home from any dust created from their demolition.

Aaron is helpful, cheerful, communicates thoroughly and returns calls promptly. I can't say enough about how wonderful it is to work with him and his crew.

Another area where the company excelled was when I was working with their CFO Dave Glover. He also showed extreme professionalism and integrity. It is evident to me that the company is customer service oriented and this directive must come from the top down. I believe that Dave Glover demonstrates this work ethic and conveys these guiding principles to the rest of his organization. I've seen mixed reviews on this site, but in my book Restoration Management Company acts in their client's best interests and that is the winning formula for success and customer loyalty.

This company was thoroughly enjoyable to work with, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and efficiency throughout. Their approach is something we don’t see these days in service industries, and very much appreciated during a time of unexpected issues with the home. Made a stressful situation less stressful with their intentional approach Of being transparent, punctual, easily accessible and highly communicative. Highly recommend.

I just cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience with RMC was. We had water damage and black mold. Neil, our project manager, was absolutely amazing. Anytime I called he responded within a few minutes. I always understood what was going on and felt I was in good hands. Ben, who did the work at the house, I cannot also say enough good about, above and beyond. I felt he really cared about our property. I wish they did residential repair work as they would be the first I called everytime.

The service was professional, timely, and friendly. Tiffany explained the process patiently multiple times and offered options to ease the process. The rest of staff were polite and made great effort not to interfere with our day to day living.
