Lando installed our office door which included trimming part of the wall, painting, installing the trim and frame, and reinstalling the baseboards. His work was impeccable. He was very professional, paid attention to detail, and communicated well throughout the process. We can't wait to use him again for our other house projects!

Never did he overcharge or increase costs. He and his company are perfectionists and he’s not happy unless every single thing is perfect. We just had him paint the outside of our house and redo our porch and it’s perfect. I can’t say enough good things about Lando and his company. I recently had the pleasure of working with LCM Construction Services, and I can't praise them enough! When I encountered some unexpected plumbing issues at home, it quickly turned into a bit of a nightmare. My plumber informed me that not only did I have to remove my bathtub, but we also needed to build an entirely new shower from scratch. Cue the panic!

We couldn’t be happier with our two bathroom remodels, thanks to Lando and his incredible team. As part of this project, we re-plumbed our entire 1961 home, remodeled two bathrooms that shared a wall, and even reconfigured part of a hallway closet to make one space larger. You’d never know such major work happened from the outside—it’s seamless.

My husband and I have very different styles (one bathroom is a creative tiki bar paradise with wild wallpaper, the other a sleek West Elm-inspired midcentury space), and Lando was incredibly patient and accommodating of both visions. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail was right. He’s also a great leader—his crew was professional, courteous, and clearly learning a lot under his guidance.

All projects have hiccups, but Lando was an excellent communicator throughout, keeping us informed and reassured. The final results are stunning, and the process was a joy from start to finish. We recommend him without hesitation!

Unfortunately workers struggle to confirm residential addresses. Falsely claims they tried to contact home owner, never got out of truck and left idling for 30 minutes minimum. I Left after that 30 min so not sure how long they hung out getting paid not working.

They entered my backyard which is fenced in without permission.

They do not answer the phone. They allow their employees to mistreat the public. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!

I was there for a year 1/2 I received pay raises very consistently, management was very fair with me, take home truck, OT, it wasn't all flowers and sunshine but for me it was a good gig.

The representative who answered the phone when I called was highly unprofessional and disconnected the call abruptly, which prompted me to call back and ask her to forward my information to a manager for a call back. I did not receive a call back in an appropriate time frame so later in the evening I got in touch with corporate, who within a couple minutes had the manager give me a call. All was sorted, with this manager who was very informative, professional, understanding and calm. He took the time to listen, ask questions, provide information. He understood where my concerns lied and addressed each one even going beyond that to provide me resources and references to assist in my further invistagation of the matter I was attempting to sort. Corporate and management deserve 5 stars but their field workers and staff representing them unfortunately need more company culture shaping and training.

had encounter with a field worker; very rude and unprofessional. Called their contact us phone number and was on hold for over 30 minutes. Finally left voice mail to have Supervisor call back. After reading reviews I doubt there will be any follow up.

called to see why one of their trucks sat in my driveway, finally got through the questions just to sit on hold and realize it wasn’t worth my time.

Worst drivers. I’d drug test him. 2/9/26 on bay bridge at 540am. Truck number T23010781 lucky I had my coffee this morning.

Im guessing the field tech was here to see my neighbor but they drove over my yard. I went outside to talk to the person and ask them to stay on the paved road and not drive on my yard and break my sprinklers. As I was walking up to talk to the truck they drove away in a hurry. Wouldn’t have been a huge deal.

Came home to find some electrical equipment attached to the side of the house. Found a truck and worker several houses away. Asked what was going on as I had no knowledge of any work in the area and certainly was not asked if electrical equipment could be attached to my house. Worker said he had authorization from AT&T to access my house and attach equipment without my permission.
Very concerning and extremely unprofessional if AT&T is truly involved.
