Installers were great. Shower looks wonderful. Took 11 days for a 3 day job to be completed. Parts were missing or the wrong size. Very frustrating waiting to have job finished.

It was an excellent job the only problem I see is what the ceiling needs the back that the walls of the shower that should be finished with the frame because you can see a little opening in between moisture can get through it

Very professional service throughout. Bathroom has been improved 100%. Product choices of colors and styles gave us the flexibility to find something that works for our budget. Installation crew were very conscientious.

usa bath did a great job on our walk in shower. the person that installed it did a fabulous job. this has helped my wife so much with her handicap. trying to step into a bathtub was impossible. we are so satisfied with the shower and the work.

We did a shower replacement remodel everyone’s was extremely professional, very helpful. The work crew went above and beyond. From the time they got here till they left, they did not stop moving. Cannot recommend them high enough.

Way over priced. Poor quality workmanship. Used the cheapest materials available. The exhaust fan is garbage. Won't even hold up a single square of tissue paper. I did not do my research and I paid the price. Save yourself the headache, heartache and money and go somewhere else.

My USA Bath project was started right on time and completed a day early. Our main technician (named Vladimir) was highly professional. The finished job looks even better than we thought it would!

Person came, promised to send estimates in next 2 days. There was no information for 10 days, when I called to find out, promised to be provided in a day. Still no information then called again. Received estimates without any details. Such a waste of time and services. Don’t recommend.

This is my 2nd bathroom renovation with USA Baths. I am completely happy with the results. Both times the employees arrived on time, were polite & professional and completed the jobs earlier than anticipated. Looks so much better now & with this grade of fiberglass, should be easier to clean and maintain. Thank u guys- - super happy with results!!😄

We are very please with the overall work completed. The installer was very friendly and professional. When we asked questions he responded quickly and his courtesy was very good. I was injured the first time I used the bathtub. So, far, the. Management has dragged their feet, in regards for filling a complaint! They did however put a water cooling devise on the water heater as to keep the water cooler as it enters the house.

I had burned my right foot toes, underneath them and the right side of my foot. It will take 2 more months before I heal. My foot Dr. stated it was 2 nd & 3 rd degree burns. The water temp was over 90 degrees after this they tested it.

However, I never had any problem before until the tub was put in jested! Now, I am in pain, and my HMO says this is a third party injury, too. I strongly feel that this company should bend over backwards to resolve and compensate me, pay the medical bills, my pain & suffering and future expenses for medical too.

USA Bath exceeded my expectations. They responded quickly to my online request and came out explaining all the details and what work they would perform. Gave a quote to me that day. They said it could take 2-3 days. It took only 1 day an a half. Their guy was very nice and did a great job explaining what he would be doing. After completion he cleaned up and showed how to use the walk in tub. Very happy all around.

Isael was one of the best craftsmen I have had the experience to do work in my home. He was very neat and organized and did a very professional job converting my bathroom tub to a walk-in shower. He kept to the two day schedule and produced a fantastic job. At the same time he was congenial and treated us very well. I would definitely recommend him and USA Bath to my friends and family.

We were fortunate to have USA Bath installer, Jason. We did a partial remodel of our bathroom which included only the bath tub and shower. This job took two days to complete and we could not have asked for a more professional installer. I have to say that the bathroom once completed exceeded our expectations. Everything went smooth the job was complete in two days without any issues and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. All the materials used in this job were top notch in the finished results looked just like the pictures that were shown to us at the time when we scheduled the work. We would not hesitate to recommend USA bath for your remodeling needs.

Our installer, Voldemar, was a pleasure to have in our home for 5 days. He was hardworking, talented, highly professional, and meticulous about his work and keeping things neat. USA Bath did an amazing job on our bathroom. We are very pleased with the outcome. There was a little confusion on the receipt stating a window wrap would be installed, but it wasn’t. Either way it turned out great and we love our new shower. Seth was our guy that worked on it and he was very professional, friendly, and throughly detailed on the project. First, the shower and installer were great! That's the reason why I gave them four stars. Otherwise, they would get one star.

The problem is their customer service as it is nonexistent. We have a problem with the foot rest. We didn't get what we said we would get from the sales person. When you call them, you never get a callback. The last time I called and left a message was at least two months ago.

So, if customer service is a must for you, use another company.

Worth every penny!
I had USA Bath Remodel my guest bathroom and am already setting up the remodel of my Master Bathroom with them!
Dylan and Steven were awesome! They arrived on time everyday, did excellent work, kept me informed on their progress, were respectful of my home and pets and made sure everything was clean and in order before they left each day.
The materials used are high quality and the workmanship was outstanding.
I highly recommend this company and these installers!
