02/09/2024 The bathroom was totally remodeled. The tub was taken out and a shower was put in. The toilet, vanity, sink, mirror, lighting fixtures, exhaust fan and flooring were replaced. It was given a new coat of paint. We started talking to them at the end of September. They could not start the job until the beginning of January. They did an excellent job. The bathroom looks great. The cost of the job was higher than I liked but it turned out great.

USA Bath went above and beyond for us! We needed to reschedule our install date and they were so accommodating and helpful. Our installer, Bobby, did an amazing job. Our new shower looks great!

Nancy is such a pleasure to work with. She understood my vision for a new shower install. With her expertise, I was able to select the products that fit my vision. Nancy is very design-knowledgeable and was able to pull together all the pieces of the process in her first visit. She is accessible and responsive whenever you have questions or concerns. I loved working with Nancy and highly recommend her to all who want an experienced designer to help plan out your project. Kudos to Nancy and the entire team at USA Bath who worked on my install.

The staff here is great! The receptionist was welcoming and very helpful. She referred our concerns to Kristy who was also fantastic! They’re helpfulness was complimented by a full array of options and quality products for our needs. I will definitely suggest them to my friends and family.

USA Bath provided my husband, who is a veteran, a beautiful shower that is ADA accessible. Michael Kemp made sure that the shower was customized to my husband’s liking and disability. Thank you so much as this has been life-changing for my husband’s everyday life

Product appears good quality. Financing is a disaster. I've done everything I've asked to to complete the financing process but when the financing company lags, here com we the barrage of texts and phone calls. I am responsible for patients that I take care of and make sure they don't die so the borderline harassment calls and texts have only pushed me to look at other options and products when I am ready for my guest bathroom be redone.

Dear USA Bath: My wife Diane and I wish to take this opportunity to recognize Mr. Vladimir Braun, Installer, for his "outstanding craftmanship" in the recent remodeling of one of our larger bathrooms. The job entailed major demolition, debris clean-up, and designated reconstruction to modernize and enlarge this room.

Mr. Braun arrived each day at the designated time and carefully prepared our home for protection from his planned work. He worked until late each afternoon and left our home completely debris-free.

I'm enclosing three photos of the bathroom; two before work began and one with the finished result. Needless to say, we love it!

We love our new shower! We replaced an old 40 year-old tiled shower that was impossible to keep clean anymore.
We now have a beautiful, easy to maintain, walk-in shower with bench, partial glass enclosure, grab bars and easy to use wall and handheld shower heads.
The process from the initial home consultation, showroom visit to make decisions and write the contract, to the installation went very smoothly with great communication at every step.

I’ve used LCM Construction Services Inc. for multiple projects now, most recently a master bathroom remodel. Lando is a rare find in this industry—he is hardworking and ensures everything is done to a high standard. He doesn’t take shortcuts and genuinely cares that you are satisfied with the final result. I have high standards and expectations for contractors and LCM met them.

My advice for future clients: To get the most out of the experience, do your homework and know exactly what you want before starting. Lando is great at executing your vision, but stay engaged! We communicated every day and checked the progress daily to ensure everything stayed on track. With a little prep on your end, Lando and his amazing team (shout out to Veronica and Lebo!) will deliver a stunning result.

LCM Construction did an excellent job on our custom flooring. The craftsmanship is top tier, with clean lines, precise cuts, and real attention to detail throughout.

He took his time to get everything right, and it shows. The final result looks incredible and completely transformed the space. Professional, reliable, and easy to work with from start to finish.
