A+ to All Brand once again! All Brand has serviced our appliances for approximately 18 years and have repaired our dishwasher, washer, dryer, Viking oven and Viking refrigerator. They are a local, family owned business and have been consistently professional, honest, trustworthy, and reliable. They go above and beyond and we wouldn't go anywhere else!

From the first phone call answered by Linda to their arrival to fix a bad handle on the microwave - as professional as any company I’ve ever dealt with over the years. Very reasonable pricing and made sure the handle was repaired promptly and will last. Should be your go to company for appliance repairs.

Linda was wonderful! She suggested how a service call might be avoided and her suggestion worked! They are obviously about helping the customer - not just seeing how much they can charge. The next time I have a problem with an appliance I will definitely call All Brand Appliance Service!!

Great service and very nice people. Meir is an expert with my built in refrigerator and very happy to give tips on maintenance. Linda is always knowledgeable and a great trouble shooter. These guys are worth any wait.

I just moved into a new house and during the move, the moving people did something to my dryer. It would no longer heat up!
I called All Brand Appliance on a recommendation from a trusted friend, and JUST OVER THE PHONE they were able to fix the problem!! What super people! Any other appliance repair would have made me schedule an appointment and charged me to do the same exact thing that I was instructed to TRY over the phone!
I will MOST DEFINITELY recommend and USE this business in the future!!!

I called All Brand because my dishwasher wasn't draining properly. Instead of sending out a service man, I was guided over the phone to a simple way to fix the problem. Saved me an unneeded service charge. One of the reasons we call All Brand when we have a problem with my appliances. Always great service and friendly people.

I have been using All Band for about 10 years. The absolutely deserve an A+. I have even called to report a dishwasher just stopped working. The person who answered the phone was kind enough to tell me to check the power to the plug. Sure enough it was just the GFI. Not even a service call. I trust All Brand enough to give my mother their number. And now she too will only use them.

If I could give 6 starts I would. The great service started with the lady that answered the phone. Made an appointment, the day before the appointment she confirmed. The technician was on time, friendly and professional. The price of the service was very fair and would recommend this company to anyone that has home appliances that need repair!

All Brand Appliance Repair has come to my house on several occasions and I find them to be very reliable and honest. Most recently I called regarding a problem with my double oven. The touch pad was non responsive. Instead of scheduling a service call, they suggested I the power off at the breaker and leave it off for at least 4 hours. I left the power off for closer to 8 hours. When I turned the power back on, the oven was back to normal (saving me about $1000 or more!) Thank you, thank you All Brand!

Best company ever!. I will recommend All Brand Appliance Service only to all my friends and neighbors. This is the most efficiently run, competent, caring, talented, honest place on the planet. Best repair and best price. I checked a bunch of other places over the phone and they would not give me the time of day. The All Brand office was able to diagnose and give me a price for the repair of my dryer over the phone.

Just the best! Greatest service and very, very fair if not downright inexpensive pricing. This is one fine service establishment. The technicians arrived on time and did a wonderful job on both my refrigerator and microwave. Same guys did both appliances and everything works like new again. I am totally impressed at how they were able to repair the ice maker and microwave handle. All Brand Appliance is amazing.

First of all, my husband's name appears on this review because the email is on his name. But, I, Ida, his wife contacted this company. Based on the positive reviews I red about this company, I gave it a call to repair my Bosch dishwasher. At first, as I told the lady with whom I spoke, water was not comming in the washer and when it did it was cold. She sent a technician (Eric) out. When Eric reset the control panel, water came in but it was not enough. He brought to my attention that the inlay had to be replaced. As soon as Eric installed a new inlay, water came in and it got hot. Eric also raised the loop of the hose that connects the washer to the disposer. Also, the washer had not benn secured properly. Eric took care of that. Now my dishes are nicely washed! I found Eric very nice and easy to work with. He explains everything well to the customer. From now on, this shall always be the company for my future needs. The cost is very, very reasonable. Thank you All Brand Appliance Service.

Called All Brand after seeing recommendations on Nextdoor. Was having issue with dishwater not draining, Linda suggested I first try to clean filter myself (manual or YouTube could show how) and if that didn't work, to call back. She was so right! Little piece of plastic in filter was the culprit. All Brand and Linda are awesome, such a helpful asset to our community.

These guys are pros and have reasonable pricing. My ice maker stopped making ice and the temperature became erratic in both the freezer and refrigerator. All Brand quickly zeroed in on the problem and in my case had the parts to fix it. It's pretty amazing to have parts on hand for my 20+ year old Viking side by side. And they did this all within 24 hours of my phone call. I love All Brand Appliance!

Rarely do I leave a review mostly because I'm just lazy. But for All Brand Appliance, I felt compelled. This company is the real deal and I have been using them for years. There is nothing worse than feeling ripped off especially when you put your trust and hard earned dollars into a service for which you know nothing about. Linda at All Brand is no-nonsense and tells it like it is and has saved me lots of money over the years by diagnosing my appliance problems over the phone and telling me to give things a try before they come out, and has helped me fix many things myself saving me a service charge. When they do come out, its no-nonsense, they tell it like it is and do the required work. I trust VERY few repair people, so feel thankful that I found All Brand Appliance.

Linda went out of her way to schedule an emergency service call for our tenant's dishwasher even though they were incredibly busy. She also gave advice to her as to how she could see if it was just loaded incorrectly. It was. How nice to save a service charge!!

Eric came to our house and fixed our Thermidor dishwasher. He was courteous, careful and quickly diagnosed the problem. He did an excellent repair. He also gave some good pointers on how to maintain the dishwasher. I would highly recommend him and this company and have added them to my contacts for future kitchen repairs.

Recently I purchased a Bosch 500 series dishwasher. I’ve only used it 3 times and not so sure of the in’s and out’s just yet. I became frustrated, because the dishwasher wouldn’t start. I called Bosch and explained my situation. They informed me that it would take 3 1/2 weeks to send out a technician. My other option would be to call one of their authorized service reps. One of the names they gave me was All Brand Appliance Service.
Linda, at All Brand Appliance Service, suggested I check to see if the racks were closing properly. Low and behold, my very full dishwasher was not operating because two items at the back of the rack were keeping the door from closing properly. Once I removed those two items, the door closed perfectly and the dishwasher turned on.
I am glad that I called All Brand Appliance Service and grateful that I spoke with Linda. She saved me 3 1/2 weeks of hand washing my dishes. I now have their number stored in my phone be using them for my future service needs.

Called All Brand Appliance Repair. Linda promptly called back and offered advice based on my assessment of the repair to save the cost of a serviceman coming out and replace the washing machine. Loved and respected the honesty. They now have a client for life!!!

If I could give 6 stars I would. First time I called I spoke to Linda and she literally fixed my oven over the phone. I had an F1 code and she told me how to reset it so the problem went away. She was on the phone with me for like 20 mins and didn't send a bill. Second time my dryer was broken. Meyer and Eric came out and fixed it fast and it was not expensive at all. I recommend All Brand to everyone they are the best in town.
