Libar came out timely for an assessment when my refrigerator lost power. We were unable to resolve the issue at the time of visit due to cost. He provided suggestions for a handyman or diy, since the project is to change out a terminal and a simple fix. He was able to waive the home visit fee which I appreciated.

I hired Volta Electric for a circuit installation and had an excellent experience. Ricardo was the electrician who handled the job, and he was professional, and knowledgeable. He explained the process clearly, made sure everything was installed safely and up to code, and completed the work efficiently with clean results. Communication was great from start to finish, and the pricing was fair. I highly recommend Volta Electric and would absolutely request Ricardo again for any future electrical work.

Volta Electric excelled in every capacity. First, they were able to come to our home a few hours after we called. The electrician was polite and friendly. The problem was quickly identified (a faulty outlet) and power was restored in less than an hour. As promised the

Volta sent their staff Libar, who assessed our panel and helped resolve the issue. He was very thorough and explained the whole issue as well provided valuable suggestions on what we can do. Would definitely go through them if any electrical is needed.

The evaluation did not match the actual repairs needed. They promised to provide detailed invoices with each charge for review and signature, but I only received a single total price with no breakdown. Initially, the quote was $2000, said to include troubleshooting, repairs, and labor (excluding only materials for new circuits and a timer).

During the repair, they stated that to fully complete the work—like connecting new circuits and replacing the timer—an additional $1600 would be required, including labor. The troubleshooting performed was superficial; it only suggested possible causes and could not resolve the problems without extra work and materials.

While the staff are professional, the quote and actual work differ significantly, and the billing approach feels misleading. Potential customers should carefully review invoices and clarify the full scope before committing.
