Terrible experience at the lumber department - waited 25 minutes for assistance, only to be told that someone would be called. When I asked if they could contact a person directly, my request was met with indifference, which made things worse. Now, with a broken knee and mobility issues, I'm hoping management can take steps to improve their service.
