We needed to upgrade our breaker box so I called around. After speaking to several contractors, we found Issaib. He was the only contractor who actually visited our house for the estimate AND the only contractor who mentioned anything about rebates or programs that could save us money. Well, we hired Issaib, we qualified for a rebate, and we got timely, professional, and high-quality work done. I feel like it's been one of the best, if not the best, contractor experiences I've had as a 30-year home owner.

Issaib and the SamNoa team upgraded our 100amp panel to a 200amp. They arrived on time and began working quickly and efficiently. They performed all the grounding work and explained everything to us. I appreciate that they labeled each breaker so we know which one controls what.
They cleaned up after themselves and were done in about it 4 hours. Keep in mind you will probably need stucco repair/ patching after doing a panel change like this. Overall, the team did a great job and Issaib is reasonable and trustworthy.

I found SamNoa Electric on the SCE approved contractor list for the Charge Ready 200 Amp Panel Upgrade and EV Installation program. Issaib was the most responsive and had the best price out of the other estimates I received. Him and his team were able to upgrade the panel and pass city inspection with no issues.

I also had them do a full rewire, door bell, ceiling fan, recessed lighting, pendant lights, and security camera installation. He was patient with the constant delays during my house remodel. Also, if something didn't turn out right, he would work it out and fix the issue with no questions asked even if it meant coming out an extra day to resolve the issues. Overall, his communication, workmanship, and cleanliness is top notch. I recommend SamNoa for any electrical issues.
