They have a tendency to drag their heels on paying, especially those that are subs that go above and beyond, you don't want to be a subcontractor under this company, get your money up front for all materials prior to work done or it will come out of your pocket

Roger has done many projects on our home. We have been very pleased with every one of them. He floored and painted a bedroom, installed new sliding doors, converted a carport into a garage, built a workbench for me, set up a new carport, and added two covered patio shade structures. One of them is so striking that I walk visitors up the driveway so they can see it from that angle. Excellent recommendation!
