Owner Dave Benevides is the consummate owner/operator who ensures the client knows exactly why and how the costs are part of the job, and isn't satisfied without earning 100% satisfaction from each client. I wish he were my contractor - he's that good and that honest.

David and his crew did a great job in replacing and matching flagstones in the backyard and front walkway. He also replaced stone on the front of the house. Fair price and would recommend.

I recently had David and his crew do their second job for me, the first was replacing AZ flagstone around a pool that a tree root had heaved, and the second, much larger project, involved installing a stone wall, demoing half a yard of brick pavers, installing a rolling alley gate, and laying a new concrete pad.

These guys do great work, and they don't sit around, it gets done fast, if you require any work to be done around your home, I strongly recommend contacting David for a quote, you will not be disappointed with the results.

David is the BEST! Honestly, I NEVER write reviews, but Aleman Masonry definately is definately a company with integrity and that is a rare find! Showed up on time, cleaned up (first time I did not find ANY trash left behind), they left the place looking better then when they got there!

The quality of their mason/stone work is great and David will work with you on different ideas and share his experience as a Mason.

I would highly recommend you give them a chancem you will not be disappointed!

The job(s) we had for David were small but important as bricks on our front stairs were broken in several places, in need of re-pointing and a small wall was falling overs. He was great about it and visited three yards to find the right pavers, our house was built in 1963. Whether they were original who know but they were definitely old and hard to find!! His team was on time, polite and clean. Great job!!!

David exceeded our expectations at every phase. We had our crumbling and leaning retaining wall replaced, a nook for a future storage shed and had a concrete slab patio poured.

Very happy with the quality of the work. Before cleaning, the professional looked closely at the vent system. There was a lot of lint in the vent that had built up over the years. The ventilation got better immediately away after the cleaning. The dryer works much better now. It takes less time for clothes to dry now. The expert also gave useful ideas on how to keep things in good shape. I'm very happy.

I was afraid that cleaning the vents would make a mess, but this crew was very clean. A special holding system was used to make sure that no lint got into our laundry room while the process was going on. The air in the house feels better, and the dryer isn't as loud. Thanks for the skilled help!
