Very happy with the quality of the work. Before cleaning, the professional looked closely at the vent system. There was a lot of lint in the vent that had built up over the years. The ventilation got better immediately away after the cleaning. The dryer works much better now. It takes less time for clothes to dry now. The expert also gave useful ideas on how to keep things in good shape. I'm very happy.

I was afraid that cleaning the vents would make a mess, but this crew was very clean. A special holding system was used to make sure that no lint got into our laundry room while the process was going on. The air in the house feels better, and the dryer isn't as loud. Thanks for the skilled help!

Used them to get my dryer vent cleaned out. Price was very high at $399. However, the subcontractor they hired did not do a proper job. The vent was still clogged after service. Upon following up with Blue Line Dryer their solution was the send the same technician out that did a poor job the first time. The subcontractor that they were going to send out wanted further payment to fix the job he did not complete. I did not give them the opportunity to re-service my home, and I instead hired another company to do the job properly.

I would not recommend their services due to price and unwillingness to stand behind their work.

Edit: They did agree to a discount on the service, however no price is worth a job not completed.

Worst cleaners ever took uniform in on Wednesday was told it would be ready at 10 am Saturday uniform wasn’t ready on Saturday and was told they meant next Saturday how is this even possible ! Cleaners don’t have cleaning machines on location

Prices cannotbebeat! Quality work is mandatory, and if a mistake is made he will correct it by any means necessary! I drive almost 20 miles just to come to my favorite cleaners and it's worth the drive.

Cheap prices because they don’t know what they are doing. Took my new shirts in to dry clean and they washed them and they looked like they hung dried them because they are horrible looking with wrinkles. Never will go back to that place.

William is the best. I gave him the all details ahead of time, he provided an estimate, showed up on time, and did an amazing job. Windows inside and out, screens, sills, frames. Everything came out beautiful. I’ve had him out two other times for other properties and he is always consistent and always does an amazing job. He’s also a super great person. They have helped us with deep cleaning when we moved as well as regularly scheduled house cleaning. They are receptive to feedback and take time to understand what I want.
