I reached out to Image Tree Service to have a big pile of branches and brush chipped at my house. They arrived on the day we had scheduled, and the two guys they sent were professional and they obviously knew what they were doing. They raked up all the excess leaves and blew everything off when they were done and left the area looking very nice. I was pleased with this company and I would definitely recommend them.

Ignacio was prompt, professional and made sure the crew did just as we discussed. Scheduling was easy and soon, the guys did great work and cleaned up well. We are super satisfied, reasonably priced as well.

A huge, multi-hundred-year-old oak tree fell during a storm on a recent night. A large portion of it landed on the roof. I called Office Manager Eileen at 8:00 the next morning. By 8:30, Jeff (and his attack Chihuahua!) were here to scope the job. By 9:00, his crew was here, removed the tree from the roof, cut off enough of the barely standing remainder of the tree to stabilize it, and tarped the hole in the roof. Jeff also referred a roofer, who came by within hours to plan the repair. Image Tree Services crew came back a couple of days later with a crane to finish the job. All work was done efficiently including a thorough clean up. The only way I could tell they were here was the missing tree. Highly recommend.

Very large valley oak in back yard needed thinning and pruning to eliminate branches hanging over deck. Work was done per prior discussion. I was asked several times throughout process whether I was satisfied and work met my expectations.
Appreciated the communication during the job. Would have liked more cleanup on the top deck beams at the end but otherwise all well done.

The crew arrived on time and went to work immediately! The foreman also showed up to be sure the crew knew what the job entailed!! They cleaned up and took care to not disturb our current landscaping!! I would highly recommend them for your next tree trimming!!!

A massive eucalyptus tree fell in my backyard, and before dealing with the clean-up I wanted some weight/sail taken off another big eucalyptus tree next to it, to ensure that it didn’t fall also. After talking to several companies, I was most comfortable with Jeff and Rigo at Image Tree Service, and we decided that two full days was the right scope for the job, ensuring that enough weight would be removed at the top while keeping the tree looking nice. Christian and his crew showed up at 8am as promised, and got to work. Because the tree was so tall, it took them a while to get all the ropes/equipment in place. By mid-afternoon the “Petaluma gap” winds picked up, and for their safety they had to stop for the day. They obviously don’t control the wind – but they do control how they respond to it. Their answer was to start at 7am the next day and work through lunch, to make sure the job got completed on-time without risk of wind delays. I liked their flexibility. I also liked that they rope climbed the tree, instead of using spikes. I’ve already scheduled Image Tree Service for my bigger cleanup job, and won’t hesitate to use them in the future.

Update: Image Tree Service just spent two weeks on my property, felling/chipping four large eucalyptus trees to ensure that I now have a safe backyard. After getting six or seven bids, I chose Image Tree Service partly because their proposal represented the proper balance between people and machines and partly because I was simply most comfortable with Jeff and his team. Some of the other proposals centered around people with chainsaws and smaller towed chippers, but this approach would take too long and therefore ultimately be too costly. Other proposals suggested the use of cranes and dump trucks, but access restrictions for my backyard made that unfeasible as there would be too much reliance on heavy equipment accessing my backyard via neighboring properties. Image Tree Service got the balance just right – a large remote-controlled track chipper, a skid steer on tracks with multiple attachments, a remote-controlled spider lift on tracks, and a remote-controlled stump grinder on tracks, and of course people with chainsaws to assist. In hindsight it was clearly the right approach, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. From the moment they rolled up the first morning until they removed the last piece of equipment just over two weeks later, everyone conducted themselves professionally. Issues inevitably come up during large and complicated jobs like this, and I always felt that everyone at Image Tree Service worked with me constructively and fairly to resolve them amicably. People commented on the scale of the job and the efficiency of the team (and also how cool their equipment was!), and one neighbor spontaneously texted me that he was “completely impressed with the speed they have accomplished the tree job” and wanted to reach out to them for a job on his property. I won’t hesitate to use Image Tree Service in the future.

In these times when every company is swamped with work, Rigo at Image Tree service kept his appointment, gave me an excellent bid for tree removal and took the trees down one day later. After two failed attempts with other tree removal companies, I took over the project from my husband and called Image Tree Service. Great service, they came out on a Friday and had the work done the following Tuesday. They were the ONLY company to follow up, finish the job and make it easy. I only wished I had called sooner, but will definitely use them in the future if needed. It was ridiculous how excited I was when they called to tell me they could take out the tree that day, ha - the joys of owning a home!

I have used Image Tree Service multiple times over the last years, including some very large multi-week projects.
Their work is fantastic. They have the team and equipment to do the job right.
Next time I need tree work done, there is no question that I will call Image Tree Service again.

We needed some routine tree trimming done around our property. We called several tree companies and were told that it would take several months because everyone was backed up due to the fires. We called Image Tree Service and the owner came out to our place within the week of our call. He recommended that we wait until Fall to trim our trees and gave us a reasonable quote. We felt pretty comfortable with his recommendations and the price so we hired him. The day before our scheduled appointment we got a courtesy call from his office reminding us of our scheduled service. His crew arrived ten minutes early, trimmed our trees and cleaned up everything! We work out of our house and hardly knew they were here! We recommend Image Tree Service and plan to use them again.

The crew was awesome. They came out in terrible weather and handled a tricky job removing large limbs above the house. Fast, efficient, friendly and very neat clean-up. We have used Image Tree before and will again.

I was surprised at how quick and professional Image Tree Service was. I received a bid in less than a day and my tree was gone the day after I approved it! They also trimmed some trees to my exact specifications. Everything was cleaned and left in better condition than they found it. I've never been so pleased!

We have used image tree service for over 20 years. I have had my trees shaped and trimmed and personally designed like an artist so we may see the view through the center of the trees to enhance the views from our large picture windows.
They’re always polite and prompt , they always cleans up after themselves, leaving it cleaner and before they came.
This is our go to company and I would refer them to all of my family and friends

Image Tree did an amazing job of pruning a huge Sycamore tree that was hanging over over our house and shadowing our solar panels. Somehow they did it all without breaking any landscape plants or lighting. Some of the branches they cut off were 5-6” and 8’ long. They did some other small jobs around the house but left the place immaculately clean. You couldn’t even tell they were here until you looked up. Great service.
