We had a large oak that was damaging the surrounding property and fence. The Image crew came in and safely removed the tree and followed up with root grinding the remaining stump. They even came back a second time to remove some additional roots that were found. All work was very professional and performed safely.

Jeff and his crew have helped me with my property for years. He has always been very responsive and could be counted on in emergencies. Image Tree Service has removed 8 large trees from my property and has helped resistance to wildland fires. They have always done great work at a fair price.

Image Tree Services are, without exaggeration, EXCEPTIONAL!! Jeff and his incredible team have helped us remove dangerous and fallen trees, bracing and cabling and creating defensible space for a number of year now. They are always prompt and professional and do truly outstanding work.

Today I called Jeff out of desperation. Our well broke and we could not get a truck to the well due to the steep and sloping grade. I called Jeff thinking it was a long shot as I struck out with numerous landscapers and excavation companies. Jeff sprang into action and sent Jason up to our property within two hours with a massive skid steer. Jason made quick work of it and we were able to get our well fixed… just in time too as we were pretty close to a catastrophe.

I cannot recommend Image Tree Service highly enough. If you are in need of their services don’t think twice— they are simply THE best!

Image Tree Service comes through again! This is the second project that they have done for us in the past couple of years. They again showed up on time, completed the work professionally and safely. I thought the work was reasonably priced for the work they did. I am certain that I could have found cheaper workers who could have perhaps done the job, but the Image workers knew what they were doing. No damage to our property or the neighbors. Best to go with a reputable company rather than "two guys with a truck".

We had massive tree damage after the strong winds and Napa and hired Image Tree. The work that they did was incredible and has saved our back yard! Jeff is very knowledgeable and gave good recommendations to balance the pruning work needed but keeping the aesthetics of the trees. The crew was very professional, had all of the equipment that they needed and worked in a safe manner. They completed an enormous amount of work in 2 days and left the yard looking immaculate. Highly recommended!

Rigo organized this and was super to work with. The 4 person crew did an amazing job over 2 days. Shout out to Cristian, Arturo, David A, Jesus and Bayron G - THANK YOU! They were professional, worked safely, cleaned up a few extra things just because and cleaned up after so that you didn't know they had been here. Very impressed! Also shout out to Jeff who met with me on several occasions to discuss removal of 4 VERY large trees. Work completed without any issues, especially from neighbors which I was very concerned about!

These guys showed up right on time. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. They removed 3 large Oak trees that were still damaged from the fires. When they finished everything was cleaned up in the yard like the trees were never there. I believe they went over and above. I would recommend these guys for your tree removal needs.

Jeff and his crew were fantastic! I had to remove 5 large trees and talked to a few different companies but Image Tree was competitively priced, and their work was impeccable. They scheduled my job quickly and did the work so efficiently. They were great with the neighbors and left the site really clean. You can't even tell there were ever trees on the lot. All the various staff I interacted with at Image Tree Service were kind, knowledgeable and fast to respond. They came out, assessed the work I'd asked to be performed and provided a quote at no-cost and said they could be out to do both the cabling and felling within one to two weeks. One of their competitors wanted $250 just to come out (I'm in city limits) and then said it would be 10-14 weeks before they could perform the work, unless it was an emergency and then special rates would ensue. Image did a great job and I'd absolutely consider them again for future tree work.

I am incredibly happy with how well Jeff of Image Tree Service took care of me. I was in a stressful situation, and his expertise, and willing to work with me, made me feel at ease and in the end everything was taken care of. I highly recommend them!

Our estimator Rigo is very knowledgeable and proposed a scope of work that was just right for the type of trees we have as well as their size, age and placement. The work crew of Miguel, Juan and Pedro did a fantastic job and were friendly and professional. They worked safely, did not rush and cleaned everything up. Great company to work with. Very polite on the phone. Rigo and his crew were excellent, his crew did a fantastic job on my two huge oak trees. One tree expanded from the corner of my property over three of my neighbors yards. The three man crew made sure I was satisfied with the trees, then cleaned my neighbors yards and left everything better than when they started the two day job. I used another company several times in the past, but, I'm using Image Tree Service from now on. Not the cheapest, but a fair price for the quality of work.

They showed up on time and they worked with me on getting a truck moved to do the job.

Rigo came to review with me the various trees that needed attention, helped develop a "priority list" and a "can wait till later" list, and then came with crew and accomplished all very professionally. My magnificent 300 year-old oak tree is smiling today. Image Tree Service Inc. came and trimmed it's low hanging branches. These very sweet, extremely knowledgable young men spent the day carefully removing what had to be over thousand pounds of unwanted limbs. Cut the wood perfect for firewood and stacked perfectly for me. Shredding all the leftovers and leaving no sign they had ever been here. My husband, myself and our Gorgeous Tree highly recommend their services.

Image Tree Service did a GREAT JOB trimming,thinning,shaping and reducing the canopy of my 40’ tall Camphor tree. From start to clean up- they are the best!!
