Very professional and highly skilled. Best part was after the install I swear the areas they worked in were cleaner than when they arrived.

Was disappointed that they used a middle grade water heater rather than a top of the line. Paid $4200 for a middle grade. The workers I feel did a good job but really disappointed in the water heater they chose to install.

Great customer service, amazing team members and great pricing. Our team of Dennis, Brooks, Derrick, and Justin took amazing care of us. From fixing our broken AC unit to keep us cool in 100 degree heat, setting up appointments to get a replacement unit before our old one fully broke down, to quickly installing the new and improved unit- the whole team was super kind, informative, and efficient. Would absolutely recommend this company and am super grateful for all the guys who took care of us this past week!!

Replace heating thermostat with a smart digital thermostat. Looks great! They let me barrow a thermostat while the one I chose arrived so that was great on their part. Thank you!

Justin took very good care of us. His work looked nice and tidy. Being in the garage, we will see it everyday. He was very thorough, and out side of the work, you wouldn't have known he was there.

I accepted the fact that some of the things were not installed properly like one of the vents not going to my master bath and the vents in my ceiling not being sealed. I was very nice about it until I just found out I was lied to about the terms of the loan that I received. I was given three different options by James and Sly and the one they said they recommended was two years no payments no interest but to make sure to pay it off by the end of the two years. Then I started getting harassed by the loan company and they said it's a five year loan and no interest for two years and that no payments for two years does not exist!!! I had to pay $5000 upfront so I have a loan for $24,000! I asked Same Day to look into it and I was just told today that it's up to me to try to negotiate different terms with the loan company! You've got to be kidding me! Now I know why someone that lives in my area said they had a nightmare situation but I had already had the appointment set up. They are very good at making you think that they are looking out for you and doing the best and my options were written out on a piece of paper for me to choose from. I believe that I got good equipment but now from zero payments for two years I'm supposed to have to pay over $400 a month! I'm currently checking to see what recourse I have on this situation. I would go with a smaller company with a good reputation and a few really good installers if I were to do it over again. They supposedly have a "satisfaction guarantee" I wonder how that relates to me now since one of the managers has not gotten back to me…!

Arlo was EXCELLENT! Diagnosing the problem wasn't easy, but he was determined to find it. He made the necessary repairs and ensured that everything was running smoothly. We were so impressed. Same Day is lucky to have him.

We have loved the technicians that have been maintaining our furnace, water heater and who replaced our propane line from the tank to the connection point under the house.

The gas line was replaced last year and we had the propane company out here today changing out a tank and they told us they could not reconnect the tank because our brand new propane line has a 2 inch leak drop based on the water gauge that they test the line with, along with a pressure gauge. We then called Same-day plumbing to get them out to look at the piece of line that they replaced to find out why there’s a problem. The tech that showed up was very unhappy to be here. And told us There was nothing they could do Without getting a leak detection company out here to find the leak. I might add we are currently without hot water, heat, or the ability to cook.. I would expect same day to stand behind their work and be able to service the work they installed meaning the gas line they put in last year. I don’t know how many more days we will have to be without Propane and how much more money it’s going to cost us to get another To do the work, but I can guarantee you we will have a reckoning with same-day plumbing on the way they’ve treated this work and have not stood by their install. I am very unhappy.

We installed a Mitsubishi heat pump with SDHC in last September. The process was straight forward, we knew what we wanted and their sales rep offered us an honest price. No back and forth dealing because they offered us that price without any hassle.
There was a misunderstanding about some rebates and discounts but Corina did the right thing and everything was exactly how we discussed with the sale rep.
Michael Carman and his team did an outstanding job. Amazingly professional people, did the job right, clean and on time. Today Michael came back to install a longer drain that we ask for and replaced a filter. Same excellent job. THANK YOU MICHAEL!!!

Great service! Scheduled quickly; completed job even quicker than they thought they would. Cleaned everything up (completely re-did my heating ducting under the house and replaced my water heater) professional, friendly and responsive.

The installation team did a fantastic job with my heating and cooling system installation! I want to recognize Beto, who sealed all the leaks in the attic and around the vents in every location around the house. The installation inspection by the third party company went smoothly, and they praised the excellent work done by the team.

So disappointed. I was in Home Depot & they were setting up appointments to have your heating system serviced. It was a very reasonable price so my friend and I both set up one.
They have canceled on both of us three times now.
I feel like it's a scam. They say they come to Lake County, but they don't seem able to actually show up here.

Ryan from Same Day Plumbing was excellent- came on time, answered all questions, cleaned up the worksite, and installed the hard-wired attic fan perfectly!

Jason and Anthony were very courteous and efficient. They were able to resolve my issue in a matter of moments. I greatly appreciated their knowledge and expertise.

We selected Same Day in part for their excellent reviews. The installation was great. Despite spending extra for a heat pump system eligible for a $1,700 rebate from Sonoma Clean Energy, the paired units Same Day installed aren’t eligible. Same Day refuses to fix the problem and we are out $1,700. And only Same Day can generate the required paperwork.

I wouldn’t trust them with a ten foot pole.

Justin and his helper arrived every day on time and installed a new AC unit on our existing furnace and replaced our existing duct system in less than ideal conditions under a wet and muddy modular home. They were friendly, courteous and answered all my questions, which were many. I would highly recommend them for your home comfort needs.

Same day was on time very professional and organized. Ryan Miller and Angela Diagnosed the problem, not only had the part but an upgraded version, and my heater runs better than before. Highly recommend this company
