After 21 years, the GE ice maker went down. Since the quality of the new stuff is shaky, decided on a repair. Ivan, got the part and sent his tech Alex the next day. On time, OEM part and even fixed a leaky water hose and vacuumed the coil. Very professional work and a fair price! Will use again, should the need arise!!

My husband randomly found this company online (!), as our fridge was in desperate need of repair and at risk of losing all the fresh food we'd just bought. We couldn't be happier with the results. SO relieved we didn't have to get a new one. Ivan was "fast, fair & friendly," just like their invoice says. He was also super *safe* in these crazy COVID times, wearing a mask, putting paper booties on and maintaining distance as we spoke. Will call this company first If any other appliance in our apt needs attention! :)
I like trying new places and services but I’ll stick to using only Smile from now on. I have a habit to try new places and services on my free time so I randomly got recommended this company on yelp. Just in time to say, my fridge broke and I needed it for my food. I live in a dorm and fridge is quiet necessary for me when I’m at home doing my work. Called these guys last minute today and Yuriy came in like minutes which was impressive. Got my fridge back up and running within maybe half an hour. At first I got scared it’s going to be a little expensive for me but got a good price which was very affordable. Great service, response time and cost, I’ll use these guys again if needed.
