After 21 years, the GE ice maker went down. Since the quality of the new stuff is shaky, decided on a repair. Ivan, got the part and sent his tech Alex the next day. On time, OEM part and even fixed a leaky water hose and vacuumed the coil. Very professional work and a fair price! Will use again, should the need arise!!

JOHN!!! YOU’RE THE BEST!!! So helpful, fast, reliable, honest, amazing!!..I can go on. I called John for two different jobs In two different cities within a 20mile radius and got them both resolved quick! John is the man to call, you won’t regret it!

My husband randomly found this company online (!), as our fridge was in desperate need of repair and at risk of losing all the fresh food we'd just bought. We couldn't be happier with the results. SO relieved we didn't have to get a new one. Ivan was "fast, fair & friendly," just like their invoice says. He was also super *safe* in these crazy COVID times, wearing a mask, putting paper booties on and maintaining distance as we spoke. Will call this company first If any other appliance in our apt needs attention! :)

I like trying new places and services but I’ll stick to using only Smile from now on.

I have a habit to try new places and services on my free time so I randomly got recommended this company on yelp. Just in time to say, my fridge broke and I needed it for my food. I live in a dorm and fridge is quiet necessary for me when I’m at home doing my work. Called these guys last minute today and Yuriy came in like minutes which was impressive. Got my fridge back up and running within maybe half an hour. At first I got scared it’s going to be a little expensive for me but got a good price which was very affordable. Great service, response time and cost, I’ll use these guys again if needed.

Today Ivan came to my house to repair my drier. I also had a few questions about my fridge so decided to ask for advice. Ivan came very quickly and repaired my drier in no time and for a reasonable price. He was very smart and quick on identifying the problem and solved it very professionally. He was also nice and checked my fridge as I had a problem with defrosting if I remember correctly. He also gave me a few advises on how to keep my fridge and drier working properly and safer. Very happy, great service, and great work Ivan.

Amazing service! They came over quick to the house. The repair man was honest about the problem and the risks associated with fixing the problem. Would definetly contact them again for any repairs that we may need!!!!

I usually have bad experiences with appliance services but this one amazed me. I had a broken fridge and searched for appliance repair online. Smile appliance came up second on yelp and I decided to give it a shot. Scheduling appointment was easy and convenient, was done within a minute or two. Ivan (technician) came same day, on time, and repaired my fridge within an hour. He was funny and nice throughout the whole time. The price was also reasonable and the job was done professionally. Had great experience with this company and would definitely recommend Ivan!

Called this outfit this morning at 9:00 to help cure our squeaky dryer drum. Said they’d be here at 11:00…. Ivan showed up at 10:50.
He had the dryer apart in minutes, had the parts we needed and left us with a very quiet and working dryer. He was gone by 11:30, was very professional and a very nice gentleman as well.
The repair cost was not very high, actually, surprisingly affordable.
These guys are great..
