Winnetka HVAC Proz truly impressed me with their service. I had previously engaged another firm that was reluctant to find the Freon leak in my system, despite several visits. Disgruntled, I sought assistance from my home warranty, who then recommended Winnetka HVAC Proz. Brent was the technician who attended to my issue. He spent several hours diligently searching for the leak, found it, and promptly fixed it. He replenished my unit with Freon and to my surprise, only billed me half of what I was expecting. Brent even went the extra mile to clean my unit at no additional cost. The previous company had billed me an exorbitant $1100 for the Freon that had leaked, whereas Brent resolved the leak, cleaned my unit, and only charged me $340. I couldn't be more delighted with such a remarkable service.

All in all, I am quite satisfied with the furnace repair service provided, despite a few small glitches. Brent was the one who initially came out for the inspection and was able to clear out my main drain line on the same day, which was a task that needed immediate attention. He resolved my issue promptly. He was notably knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. My only oversight was not removing my tools from the vicinity of the furnace prior to the service. They ended up getting a bit dirty, but that wasn't a major issue. As for the actual furnace duct cleaning, there was a minor mix-up with the scheduling, but it wasn't a significant problem. The technicians, Ryan and Maxwell, who came to do the job, were well-versed and experienced. They addressed all my queries and were respectful of my property. They were also quite courteous! Despite the weight of their vacuum, they managed to carry it over my narrow staircase without having me dismantle anything, which was appreciative. They even handled a small bacteria issue in a few vents by treating it with chemicals, which they didn't vacuum out. The main issue occurred towards the end regarding the payment. I had received an adjusted invoice from Maxwell earlier, which he kindly adjusted to the coupon deal I had forgotten to present on the first day. The invoice had a payment link, and I had completed my payment when the job was halfway done, including a 20% tip. However, when his team contacted him later, I was taken aback when he expressed frustration over the phone about the supposed non-payment, even while I was showing his team the payment confirmation screenshot. I believe they had not yet figured out the payment setup via the email link. So, a heads up to future customers to confirm the payment method before proceeding with the email link, or simply use Zelle! When I asked to speak to Maxwell and showed him the payment confirmation, everything was pleasant again. I just wish he would have allowed me to explain before jumping to conclusions. Hopefully, they sort out their email link payment system to avoid any future issues. Currently, my payment is showing as pending through my bank. Despite this, I'm extremely pleased with the actual furnace repair service provided, enough so to consider myself a potential repeat customer, as long as no other issues come up in the future. I am grateful for their diligent work!

This is the second time we've had to reach out to Winnetka HVAC Proz for an urgent HVAC issue. I first spoke with Howard who assured me he would get back to me promptly. True to his word, he returned my call swiftly and even managed to fit us into their busy schedule! Our first encounter was with Brent who did an excellent job replacing our entire heating system. Today, we had the delight of interacting with Devin. I operate a wildlife rehabilitation center, hence the need for consistent temperature control for our inhabitants. Devin arrived, swiftly repaired our heating system, conducted a thorough check of all our HVAC systems and offered valuable maintenance advice. It's rare to come across such professionalism and integrity these days! I can't praise this team enough! A big THANK YOU! :)
