International Tree Experts

We had International Tree do work for us and they did a very good job on my oaks. Now for the disappointing part: They needed access through a locked side yard area to move branches from the back yard to the front. We store some things there and they said no need to move anything but apparently they move one thing and STOLE it. It needed to be transported in a truck. No video but it was there when they started work and gone immediately because the tarp was put back like something was still underneath it. The gates were locked and nobody else went through there.
Think 3-4 times before hiring them!

The good:
- contacted on Sunday for some concrete work, by Monday old concrete was being torn out and by Wednesday new concrete going in
- price

The bad:
- upon confronting about work not being done as agreed upon, the owner (there are multiple?) got very confrontational, threw his son under the bus, said they should have quoted me a higher price, etc. Overall tried to guilt trip me for pointing out they did not perform what we agreed on.
- climbed my gate and broke it rather than knocking on the front door to get access to the work site
- new people every day made it hard to communicate expectations
- had to keep reminding them what work we agreed on
- even still, did not perform work as agreed (installed false drain as opposed to agreed upon real drain, no rebar installed despite being in agreement, ground not packed before concrete poured) because I couldn't oversee 100% of the time
- they never came to take concrete forms as agreed
- borrowed and never returned PVC tape
- took gardening supplies I had sitting around (they thought it was garbage?)

Would use again but would oversee more closely and insist on a walkthrough before they poured concrete.

Tree job was good the other work they contracted 4 weeks still isn’t done, were paid in full, keep having excuses.Well they came back and poured the cement, guess they read the review. Worst cement job! Apparently don’t know how to do edges.
