These guys insured me with materials needed. Called and asked twice about availability cause I was an hour away. when I got there they gave me the run around and did not have the material they said they had complete waste of my time

I just stopped by the store to buy a couple of Pex fittings and straight got ripped off. $2.27 each for a three-quarter inch brass PEX coupling. $4.05 for a brass PEX tee. 38 centerpiece for a stainless steel 3/4 inch brass crimp ring. I just ordered everything on Amazon going to cost me $250 at pro-pipe. Cost me $80 from Amazon. I'll never go back to that store

Had an issue with my new homes plumbing. I didn't feel like driving into Redlands home depot so I stopped by Pro Pipe. What a great place! I was able to get all the questions I needed answered! For not being a plumber myself, I was able to get some great advice and fix my problem!

If you know exactly what you need (knowing the part number helps) they can sell it to you. We took an old faucet cartridge in and they sold us the wrong things. Had to take them back. Won't go again.

Although I didn't find what I came looking for, I'm giving my 5 stars cut my visit⁹⁹. And this is my 1st time waking thru their doors. I based my rating on 2 key factors.

FIRST 》》 What is most important to me was the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I received. Although they were busy, 2 staff members still took time to listen to me as I described what I needed for my project. One employee made an attempt to size up different parts, but nothing worked. Before depa they suggested several possible solutions. They were quite friendly and maintained a professional image during my visit, dispite the fact that I couldn't stop talking. The best CUSTOMER SERVICE!

SECONDLY 》》 I was impressed, even overwhelmed at the VAST selection of products available at this store. Not only they but most items were in plentiful supply.
