Mark was available for a Sunday service call, he showed up on time and had the leak fixed in a little over an hour. He was very clean and professional, actually a nice guy to talk to. I would definitely call on his services again.

I am writing this review to warn people not to use this plumber. He charged me over $700 to sleeve a pipe that took all of 45 minutes. He then quoted me almost $12,000 to replace my main water line.

I had another contractor replace it with high quality materials for $6000.

This plumber is greedy sleaze-bag that took one look at the nice houses on my neighborhood and wanted to severely up charge me.

I would not recommend this plumber to my worst enemy.

We were scammed by the first plumber who ran plumping outside the wall in spots used the wrong size pipes and wrong material. My family and I were going on 2 weeks without hot water. We needed to put all new plumping throughout the entire house. Mark and his guys came gave us an amazing quote was very thorough and explained everything. Mark and his guys came ASAP and within 2 days did everything above and beyond our expectations. Mark and his guys were beyond professional and very friendly. We recommend Mark to everyone. Beyond thankful for him and his guys.

Eric was such a Joy to have on our property, he was not only a skilled professional did an excellent job , we trusted him with his advice saving us time and $$ It's very hard to find good folk who do what they say and do a A+ job.

Made an appointment on Thursday to work around my schedule on Friday. They showed up right on time and did a great job installing a kitchen and bathroom faucet for me. Super friendly and nice, and gave me advice on what would look best. Highly recommend.

Honest service and fair prices. Eric didn’t over charge us for an after hour service call. Fixed our shower spout an we even asked him to come back and replace our old water valves on our toilets. We will definitely use Mark Etheredge plumbing for all our plumbing needs.

Highly recommend these guys! We had our kitchen remodeled and were without a working sink. They were able to come the next day and get our kitchen plumbing all hooked up. Very professional and super efficient! Now my new sink and dishwasher are working great.

I reached out to several plumbers in the area for a mainline leak repair and kept getting the wool pulled over my eyes. I called Mark, and his sons, Eric and Elijah, showed up in 30 minutes. They located my mainline, identified the leak, and proceeded to repair with a more robust/proper installation.

I work in construction management for a major commercial GC and was blown away by the level of professionalism, knowledge, efficiency, and care that these gentlemen provided. They have truly honed their craft and can take care of your plumbing issues. These men take pride in their work and are here to help get the job done right.

On top of the excellent care we received, they were the most true to cost and cost efficient for my family. They will now be my main contact for plumbing.

Mr Etheridge has come to our home several times. He is a professional and always arrives in a timely manner. His prices are very reasonable and does an excellent job. We had family visiting today Sunday, we unfortunately had several plumbing problems. He arrived quickly repaired toilet issues quickly and neatly.

I recently had problems with a 34 year old toilet and called Marc Etheredge plumbing.a family owned company to replace the said toilet. They were very accommodating and gave me a next day appointment.
From start to finish, the process was professionally meticulous. The friendly and courteous Elijah who replaced the toilet was punctual and answered all of my concerns.
The way he checked the drain, replaced the water line and the shutoff valve was remarkable. He kept the working area dry and clean throughout the entire process. The new toilet was leveled and caulked perfectly. All that at a competitive price. This is the third time, I have used the services of the Etheredge company in a year. They are consistently meticulous, courteous and affordable. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues. They are highly reliable. Marc resolved last year a dangerous and frustrating gas leak. The gas company technician praised his work.
