Brad and his team were very professional. He kept me appraised as to what was going on and when. His team were very punctual when arriving at my home. We are very satisfied with their work. The came in and worked very efficiently. We were all amazed at how quickly they got the job done. The new flooring they put in has made my family and I very happy.

We are very satisfied with the service that we received from SERVPRO as I called for my bathroom leak and I was able to talk to a real person right away even at night(yay!). This saved me a lot of time compared to talking to the answering services forever. They sent one of their techs to our home the following day and coordinated with my home insurance about the result. I'd recommend SERVPRO if you need immediate response and service!

Jeff and his team have been incredible. Took the time to explain all the small and big details in my home repair. Has heen great with communication and made sure I was getting the best quality of repair. The team worked faster than expected helping me get my house back in order and am greatly appreciative of all their work and professionalism.

Great communication and quick response and service. Answered all my questions and helped moved the process along. Favian, the territory manager was great, he coordinated everything well and was great to communicate with.

The service was fast and efficient, and easy to schedule. After the roof leak, they removed part of the wall and ceiling, and used dehumidifiers in the area with the water damage. I haven’t had the reconstruction part yet, so more to come.
Update: Drywall and texturing were installed in one day, very efficiency, and looks good. Just need the painting still.

I needed the repairs to be completed quickly and they most certainly came through on their promise. This was a BIG factor for me and I am thrilled they finished in the agreed upon time frame. My garage looks as good as brand new. Every aspect of the repair was addressed with precision. I have full confidence in the durability and longevity of their work.

All of the staff at SERVPRO were professional and helpful throughout the entire process of our claim. They were available to answer any questions that we had and kept us updated on all of the work being done. I would highly recommend them.

I recently dealt with a water leak in my wall, and Servpro made the entire restoration process as smooth as possible. They immediately recommended a reliable plumber who quickly located and fixed the leak. Right after, their team arrived to remove the damaged carpet, clear out the wet drywall, and disassemble the affected cabinets.
The full repair took a few weeks, mainly because I spent time searching for matching tile to blend with the rest of my house (unfortunately, I couldn’t find a perfect match). But Servpro was patient and professional throughout—they sent out skilled crews to handle the drywall repairs, texturing, painting, new carpet installation, and even reassembled my cabinets so seamlessly that you’d never know anything happened.
Overall, I’m really pleased with the quality of their work and how they restored my home. The only minor hiccup was with the billing process: The payment link directed me to a page with an unfamiliar name and no company logo, which made me wary of potential fraud, so I opted to pay over the phone instead. That said, I’d highly recommend Servpro for anyone needing home repairs after water damage—they’re responsive, thorough, and get the job done right!

We had a great experience from start to finish. They are very responsive as soon as we knew we had a leak made a phone call. They were there very professional very happy. They also did some additional work as well. It wasn’t a part of the insurance job and that was done very well , overall very happy with our experience.

First, I want to thank my agents at AAA home insurance for responding so professionally, promptly and compassionately. I have them to thank for putting me in touch with the awesome team at SERVPRO South Redlands! They responded quickly, professionally and I always knew I was in great hands. I love how they kept in touch with me to let me know what the next step was and when it would take place. I always knew who I could call if I had any questions or concerns. They sealed everything off, put down mats to prevent dirt being tracked in and cleaned up everything afterwards. Our water heater had a slow leak which affected the area around our water heater in our garage, our downstairs bathroom baseboards and our downstairs walk-in closet. They removed only what was affected, dried up the moisture, used a spray to mitigate for mold growth, and then did a beautiful reconstruction!! José is a master at what he does!! He made it look “like it never happened”! I am so impressed with our SERVPRO team! I will recommend (rave about) them to anybody who needs their services. I have included before and after pictures. While on vacation we came back to a flood with water damage to the walls and flooring. SERVPRO immediately came by to assess the damage and started renovation/reconstruction promptly while working with our insurance. Josiah and all of the service technicians were extremely courteous and flexible to our personal time commitments. And the workmanship was outstanding. Well trained and experienced staff. Hoping not to go through any other water/flood damage in the future but if we do, I would give them a call again.

The workers did a great job with the board up of our French back door due to the high wind damage to the door. The workers explained exactly what they were going to do. After completion, the door looked very secure from the high winds, and the workers left the area clean.

Jeff and his crew are simply outstanding. From showing up very early to get repairs completed in order to keep workday interruptions to a minimum, to the quality of workmanship… this company cares and will do everything possible to get things put back together. There’s peace of mind knowing Jeff and his crew are in your corner when things go wrong.

One word describes this company, garbage!! They are flakes and they are incompetent at returning phone calls. I had a water leak a couple years ago and I called them and sent them pictures. They never called or made an attempt to get back to me. How are you supposed to get business if you don't know how to return a call?? Hot garbage, use a different company!!

Team has been wonderful to work with!! Our PM, Juan, has great communciation skills to keep us informed regarding scheduling, product procuremet and scheduling of trades. This has made our repair project run smooth!!!! In addition, ALL trades have been extremely profession and respectful, along with doing beautifil work!!! Great work ServPro!!!!!!

All work completed and just very minor pick-ups!! Drywaller and Finsihed Carpetry/Painters subs did AN EXCEPTIONAL job!!!!! Very happy with the finished product!!! Team lead Juan Sanchez heard our concerns throughtout the process!! Great team leader!!! Job ran smoothly and truly addressed our concerns and phasing of the project!!! Great job Juan and his crew!!!!!

i got servpro do my reconstruction few years ago, they issued me a five year workmanship warranty. Now I have complain on workmanship because the tub that is installed start get a crack and some area is obviously lower and holding water in it. In my analysis it is a result of "workmanship" due to lack
or poor support at the base. of the tub. Now I got denied on it.

Servpro came in and took care of the initial water cleanup and we continued using them for packing up our rooms and all the repair work. All their departments worked together so work continued until they were done.
All Servpros staff was very professional and kept us updated on all work that was done.
The work involved 3 bedrooms, bathroom, and hallway.

I am very happy with both the mitigation and the Reconstruction projects. Josiah, the project manager was very reliable and professional and I really trusted him 100%. I would highly recommend Servepro and Josiah to be hired to do other projects in the area. A++++

All of the workers including Adolfo, Brendan, Danny ,Cesar ,Juan were very very professional, on time ,had AWESOME positive energy they did excellent excellent work I loved every single second that the men were here. They made me feel valued, appreciated,I didn’t get on their nerves asking questions . I did my best trying to make their needs met by giving them water, , and letting them use the restroom and providing and letting them use the restroom ,and providing a workspace for them, etc,and I was also very kind to them as well. One of my favorite parts was their positive energy. They brought while doing the work, and I absolutely loved seeing the men laugh together and hearing Danny and Cesar laugh and sing! I would definitely recommend ServePro to anyone!
