I can’t say enough great things about the amazing team at SERVPRO! From start to finish, their service was absolutely top-notch. They were prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough every step of the way. Every single person I spoke with was kind, courteous, and clearly took pride in what they do. It’s rare these days to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers but SERVPRO absolutely delivered! If anyone ever asks who I used, I’ll be recommending them without hesitation!

I highly recommend the team at Jeffery Padgett Servpro to anyone needing restoration services. From start to finish the whole operation was handled professionally & with care. I felt very comfortable with the team being in my home (which I can't say for the company I called prior to Servpro!). Servpro gave me the necessary scope of work and a very fair bid (the company I called prior to Servpro wanted to do unneeded work and the price tag was outrageous!). From the initial scheduling to the clearing and containment the crew was A+. Jeffery has built a quality team that I can EASILY recommend!

I worked with ServPro Team Jeff Pagett to restore my flooring after a slab leak and Josiah Yanez was my assigned Project Manager. Josiah was extremely responsive and always returned my calls and texts within the same day and often times within the same hour. He offered me a reasonably priced for the proposed scope and the team did a great job completing the work.

At 4:00 a.m. on December 24, 2025, my dog woke me to the sound of dripping in the foyer of my 4,000-square-foot home. What started as a water spot the size of a quarter on the ceiling quickly became a serious concern.

Pure Insurance immediately dispatched Jeff and his team — a hands-on operation led by Jeff himself, not just an investor-run franchise. Despite heavy downpours, they arrived on Christmas Eve and tarped my roof. They were kind, professional, and incredibly hardworking. My anxiety disappeared the moment they assured me, “We’ve got this.” They even returned multiple times — including Christmas Day — to check on the tarp and ensure everything was secure. The water damage was fully mitigated.

Within four days, they removed insulation, cleaned the foyer, and set up industrial fans and dehumidifiers to prevent mold.

By January 5th, the space was completely restored: new drywall, insulation, fresh paint, updated door hardware, and all furniture carefully replaced. Honestly, it looked better than before. Jeff (owner), Juan, Victor, Brad, James, and the entire team were exceptional.

As a former EVP at a Fortune 200 company, I can say this level of service and quality is rare. I’m incredibly grateful to this team and thankful Pure Insurance connected me with what I consider the premier firm in California for this work.
