We had Sheffield finish our basement. David, Jason, and the rest of the team were incredibly professional, and led us through all the steps to be sure we were able to get the basement we wanted. They conducted a thorough prep of the basement to look for problems/issues before the work began to let us know of any hiccoughs that may arise. The app with the schedule and the daily updates with pictures were awesome. They stayed on time and on budget. We love our new basement!

Sheffield Homes finished our basement and absolutely did a beautiful job. They have a web site where you can ask questions, see your design choices, and look at the construction schedule. They were wonderful to work with, all the contractors were very respectful in this COVID19 era. They were on schedule and everything they finished exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend them.

Sheffield Homes completed our basement finish 1) great workmanship 2) on-time 3) professional. David worked with us on getting an affordable floor plan that had room to grow. Our construction manager, Jason, was in close contact with us and ran a great crew. All of the trades were skilled. The electrical, framing and plumbing crew were the best - and that's the foundation!
