We had Sheffield finish our basement. David, Jason, and the rest of the team were incredibly professional, and led us through all the steps to be sure we were able to get the basement we wanted. They conducted a thorough prep of the basement to look for problems/issues before the work began to let us know of any hiccoughs that may arise. The app with the schedule and the daily updates with pictures were awesome. They stayed on time and on budget. We love our new basement!

Sheffield Homes finished our basement and absolutely did a beautiful job. They have a web site where you can ask questions, see your design choices, and look at the construction schedule. They were wonderful to work with, all the contractors were very respectful in this COVID19 era. They were on schedule and everything they finished exceeded our expectations. Sheffield Homes completed our basement finish 1) great workmanship 2) on-time 3) professional. David worked with us on getting an affordable floor plan that had room to grow. Our construction manager, Jason, was in close contact with us and ran a great crew. All of the trades were skilled. The electrical, framing and plumbing crew were the best - and that's the foundation!

Sheffield Homes did an amazing job finishing our large ranch basement! It is now the desired area in our house to hang out, consisting of a bedroom/bathroom, large play area for our toddler, game room with ping pong and pool table, media room with a projector and theater seating and a wet bar. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product, and the team was wonderful to work with. We recommend Sheffield Homes to anyone who mentions wanting to finish their basement. A+ across the board.

I couldn't be more happy with the results from Dave and the team at Sheffield homes.. They finished our basement and several other remodel projects. The basement included the removal of a hot water system, the installation of a tankless system, adding of a wet bar, and adding a bathroom. They provided outstanding customer service and workmanship. Not only did they keep the project on budget, they were able to manage suppliers and contractors in a way that ensured no delays even in this time where most builders experience worker and supply shortages. I would recommend Sheffield Homes to anyone who is looking for a home remodel contractor and wants to make sure it's done right the first time

We got our basement finished with Sheffield Homes and they did a great job. We worked with David, Tom and Jason and all of them were great. David is super responsive and returns your call immediately. We had some issues with cabinet design selection and realized that it was not as per our expectation and the vendor told us that it was too late to change the design but when we communicated this to David, he was on top of it and immediately pulled the order and asked the vendor to correct it. We really appreciate David for his commitment to go the extra mile. The only thing that we think can be improved is time to complete the project. It took more time than we initially thought but at the end we are very happy with the workmanship and quality of the basement. Thanks David!!!
