Conable Builders sealed the underside of our new deck (14x32) using tongue and groove pine planks. There were some tricky areas due to the framing of the deck. It turned out beautiful.

We've just had an elevated deck completed by Conable Builders, and I will try to express what a great job they did throughout the build, and how delighted we are with the finished product. If I had to sum it up in a few words, I would say communication, professional service, and attention to detail.

I consider myself a bit OCD, and my expectations were really exceeded when I saw 1) All the fastening that was needed (not more) placed as discretely as possible. 2) No seams or spliced boards. 3) Clean lines on paint touch-ups, and 4) A custom crafted technique on our fascia boards that allows for natural expansion and contraction, so it always looks right! Attention to detail (A+)

Josh helped us work through many design details of our deck and would stop by occasionally as we built it to offer tips and tricks. He then helped us finish by building our stairs for us and completing the associated railing. We appreciated all his help and expertise!
