The finished deck looks amazing, and we couldn't be happier with the result.
Highly recommended!

We can not recommend Nathan and Colorado Building and Construction more highly.

Nathan and his team completed the design, demo and rebuild of our second floor and lower level decks on time and within budget. He and his team were easy to work with and willingly engaged in addressing our questions and changes along the way.

Nathan’s team was professional and efficient. They arrived on time, worked quickly, explained work they were doing, asked questions when they needed clarification and cleaned up the area before leaving. The concrete patio transitions perfectly into our existing brick sidewalk and we always get compliments from neighbors and friends about the beautiful concrete work! Nathan provided great communication and fair pricing. Highly recommend! Thank you Nathan for the beautiful pergola and patio!
