Hired Cinegration to aim two AF 60LR antennas. The end result is that the antennas were not aimed and the process was not ideal. 1) It was difficult to get on the schedule 2) The aim data they were focusing on was not correct 3) They did not come prepared with a scope 4) They only came in one car for a multi location setup so they traveled back and forth between locations 5) They knew what type of equipment I had in my theater (which shows a lack of focus on the task at hand) 6) At $180 per hour only 30 minutes max were used to aim antenna out of 4 hrs paid 7) They could have determined that trees were a limiting factor within the first 30 minutes with proper equipment and focus...limiting the out of pocket to $90 then we could have moved on 10) Focusing on other factors such as firmware etc could have been forgone with a knowledge base of no viable line of site

Never dealt with this company but the techs driving their company vans are complete a-holes. Weaving in and out of traffic, tailgating, etc. I left a message for the company letting them know it's a horrible look for the company with the co name plastered on the sides of the vans but no one bothered to call back.

Designed and installed Great system. totally get complex systems, Integrated music video, 7 TV;s theater, security ,Lighting control and automatic blinds. very friendly and competent!

Doug at cinegration was phenomenal helping set up my two new televisions on my control 4 system. We FaceTimed and he helped me go through the whole process of setting up the control 4remote control to control everything.

Cinegration is a pleasure to work with and I swear these guys can solve any tech issue. AJ and Eric are the absolute best! They set up an amazingly beautiful looking & sounding home theater for our family. They also did a great job helping us transition our 70 year old "dumb" home to a smart home with Control4, Sonos, Lutron & Somfy = full integration of smart home automation including a security system. Don't hesitate using Cinegration!

This was a fantastic experience all around. I submitted a request for service on the web site and the next day had a phone call to schedule an appointment. No surprise they are booked out a few weeks given the service I eventually received. Appointment made, name of service member provided, and next thing I know I get a call the day of service to confirm we're on. Once confirmed showed up when scheduled. SUPER knowledgeable, super pleasant, and well prepared. Fixed all three of my issues, provided me guidance on a couple things I was interested in, installed a Roku for streaming, and helped me better understand how some of the system components operate. I truly couldn't have had a better experience and will be both a repeat customer and active recommender. Well done Cinegration, and that's an understatement!
