After buying our new home in Denver my wife and I were advised by the seller to get in touch with Cinegration, a home automation company based in Arvada Colorado. Cinegration had already installed an internet boosting system, a custom Frame TV and Sonos sound system and some remote lighting features in the house. This advice was spot on. A Cinegration representative made a house call within days of being contacted. He was professional, knowledgeable, and all around wonderful. Under his guidance we now have previously dark closets lighted through the use of remote controls. Cinegration added another Sonos speaker which eliminated messy wires and antennas to give us Sirius music in separate rooms on demand. They are also providing us with automated window shades, in physically hard to reach areas throughout the house, making daily life easier. Lastly they provided us with remote switches allowing soft lighting as needed from standing lamps throughout the living area.
Our experience with this company has been wonderful. The office, field representative, and installation workers have all been a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Peter

The Cinegration team was awesome. With the commercialization of 4K TVs, I wanted to upgrade a 7 year old Control4 system. The first bids I got were through the roof...no way was I paying that much. I was beginning to regret the decision I made 7 years ago. Then the Cinegration team (Chris V) came up with an innovative approach that allowed me to get what I wanted at a reasonable price. That was only the first test. Their execution (Chris and Dave) especially during the pandemic was flawless. They showed up on time, wore masks, removed shoes, wiped down every place they worked, were clean and, an added bonus, were great guys. As is the case sometimes, a few glitches pop up (mostly due to our inexperience with the new operating system). A quick text and they we on it, either remotely or in person). If there were 6 stars, they’d get it. I’m a business man myself who strives to keep my customers happy. These guys are really good at it.

April 2025- Our installation with Cinegration is now 8 years and their response is efficient if we have any issues. I had a power outage that was the root cause of losing sound through the system and the technician, Eduardo, did a great job in quick order to repair and also clean up some software leftovers and provide updates. Our Control 4 home automation system was out of service and we had to rely on “old-style remote controls” to turn everything off and on. I called Cinegration shortly after they opened in the morning and let them know what was going on with our Control 4. Doug answered the phone and began to work on our system remotely from the office. It turns out that he would have to make a trip to our house to evaluate the problem. Within a couple of hours from the time I called, Doug was at our doorstep and within 15 minutes he had the system back up and running as normal. It was nearly like magic! If you are in the market for a home automation system, or if you have a system that was installed by another company and is not working, I highly recommend Cinegration. They are one of the only companies that still provide top-notch customer service. In fact for a small monthly payment, they will monitor your system. If there is any problem, for the most part, they are able to fix it remotely and you would never know that there was a problem. I changed vendors to Cinegration several years ago when they had to come in and clean up several problems that were created by a different home control company.

We have had Cinegration come out for multiple projects on our house and they’ve been wonderful. They’re always on time, are super helpful and friendly, offer the best products, and are very easy to work with. We will continue to use them for all of our home technology needs.

Cinegration did an install as part of our basement remodel five years ago, roughly. We had a budget and they were great with giving us options. More than happy with the results. They've been out just a few times for some minor issues that came up, none of which because of their work. Our remote died after 5 years and had to be replaced/reprogramed and once to change out a projector bulb. Always professional and personal at the same time. Highly recommended them and will use them again when the upstairs gets remodeled. Great company.

I've been a long time customer for Cinegration for over 13 years. I feel lucky and honored to have such a wonderful and professional service provider for all my video and sound equipment in our house. Whenever I have an issue, I simply call them or send them an email and immediately a technician calls me back. Today was one of those days. Riley immediately call me (within 5 minutes) of me sending a support request email, and he walked me through the troubleshooting steps and quickly identified the issue. He asked me to follow a few steps and everything clear. Back to normal again. THANK YOU Riley (Cinegration) for the BEST Customer service in the Denver area. Great service and knowledge! Had a small issue that they came out quickly and fixed it. Plus they didn't stop there, they checked everything as well.

Once everything was up and running, we were were impressed Cinegration. While their services are definitely on the pricier side, the quality and professionalism made it worth somewhat worth it. The two service technicians who came out were fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and made sure we were comfortable with how everything worked before they left.

I have paid $821.25 (over 3-4 trips) to have Cinegration fix a TV problem I have had since it was installed over 4 years ago only to find out today, from them, that it's an Xfinity/me problem (which Xfinity has replaced the box AND Cinegration has replaced the Xfinity box).

Highly recommend! From start to finish they were a pleasure to work with, had great communication, fair pricing, and were very focused on customer service. Easy to say if nothing goes wrong, but our house was built in 1905 and though the electric has all been updated, they ran into some odd electrical situations behind the wall. Despite addressing those taking an entire extra day and requiring different equipment, they were very amiable and upbeat the entire time. Not only was everything I’d hoped accomplished, but there were several extra things they set up which do even more. The system we had installed was a whole-house Bluetooth controlled lighting system.

I’d go back to them in a heartbeat for anything they do!

I’m absolutely disgusted with this company. The lighting is amazing. The way they do business in terms of transactions is appalling.

I had them do a small project where I paid the bill and then was provided a “final bill. The pricing is always moving. This happened twice to me where I was given one initial quote on a project and then when the “real quote” came in it was astronomically higher.

I wish there was competitor to them in town. I would be working with them instead.

We hired Cinnegration through our builder, for our second home in Winter Park. They mounted TVs in all the rooms, built in surround sound, cameras and alarms, keyless door pads on the doors, remote controlled blinds throughout the home, and built in Bose sound system throughout the home. This was not cheap by a long shot, but it is so worth the investment! They were incredibly receptive to everything I needed and had great ideas to share. I relied on them to make the proper choices on certain things- like the blinds- because they have the expertise to know what works and what doesn’t. Their guidance was spot on!

We live 1,600 miles away, so I really had to trust them since I could not always be here. They did an awesome job of meeting my schedule of when I was going to be here- every single time I needed them for something. I know they went over and above to accommodate me the best they could.

All in all, I would recommend them 1000x over- they are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable. Definitely 5+ stars ⭐️
