Easy set up to make an appointment, sent a picture and was offered a quote to get my couch cleaned within a few minutes! Very communicative through text, appreciated that since it’s easier to text than get a phone call sometimes.

WOW!!!! We are blown away by how fantastic this company is! We had a large job to complete and from start to finish Carpet Couch Cleaning was top notch. Before booking, Angela took the time to answer all of my (many) questions and provided me with an extremely accurate estimate. Our technician Vasyl was absolutely amazing, arrived promptly at the start time, was flexible when I had something come up, and was super thorough and detailed with every item. Vasyl went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to the highest quality. Everything looks incredible!! Communication was excellent. Marat did an amazing job on the carpets! There was a weird smell when we moved in, but he used an enzyme to remove all odors. The carpet looks amazing. There are some spots that will never come out, but it looks 1000x better, and the weird smell is gone!
It cost $265 for the master bedroom, hallway, two sets of stairs and the living room. Worth every penny!

Fast hardworking young man came to my home. Showed up early and worked fast to get 2 rooms, steps, and a hallway done! Carpet looked brand new and he worked very fast! The price was worth the work and it was very inexpensive!

George was fantastic. He did an amazing job with some very old, stained, dirty carpet. I just purchased the house & plan to replace the carpet with new flooring in the spring, but wanted it to be clean in the interim. Amazing! I’ve hired them twice, once to clean carpeting in a new house we bought and they did such an amazing job. It got rid of odors from the previous owners dogs and was nice and fresh! I also hired them to clean a couch and it was also great! Got rid of a ton of staining from everyday wear. My tech was friendly and explained everything so well! They did a fantastic job and I would definitely use in the future.

They cleaned my carpet plus added a special treatment that was extra 20 dollars plus the extra 20 dollars to remove stain. At first everything looked good then couple days after we noticed the stain didn’t get removed.
