I have struggled to find anyone to clean our chandeliers. I found Deja View online and they have a top-notch customer engagement process, provide continuous communication throughout the process, have an easy job estimate and work approval process, provided a great price, and the service team member who came over and cleaned our 9 year old chandeliers did an OUTSTANDING job and he was so nice. I highly recommend Deja View and wish I had found them sooner! HA!

Deja View just cleaned windows for 2 of my properties. They did a great job. On time, as expected, fully clean and very pleasant. Their price is fair and I highly recommend them. Deja View did a great job. They have old school tools that gets the ductwork thoroughly cleaned.

The workmen texted when on their way, Showed up early and set right to work. They worked diligently and thoroughly until finished. Asked and answered questions and communicated well. They even checked to close the gates for the dogs. A fabulously happy service experience ;which is unusual in this day and age. Enjoying my clear view.

We have had our windows professionally cleaned about once a year for the last 23 years in this house. I must say that Deja View did an absolutely amazing job as we have some windows more that 30 feet off the ground. I will use them again next year and highly recommend them. I had a terrible experience with this company. I NEVER GIVE BAD REVIEWS.I had to call the police 2 times. They took a piece of L shaped roof flashing off my roof. My renter sent me a picture and said they took this piece from my from my roof. I called and asked why this was removed from my roof. They tried to make up a story that it was a gutter and cursed at me. They threatened to come back to my home and do something to my house when I confronted them after calling me curse words. Asked if they had photos or if they tried to contact me about it. They said they did not. My renter also said his bicycle was removed from the home after they left.

I added a picture of my beautiful Victorian home that this company is calling "dis-repair". I live down the street from The Governor of Colorado's residence. This is a million dollar home that I take pride in. I have people compliment me on my home all the time. I added the pictures so you can make your own opinion on the integrity of this company. You know a company is not telling the truth when they become defensive and have to resort to name calling.

You can clearly see in the pictures who is telling the truth. Roof flashing is always metal. Nobody makes roof flashing out of wood as the company claims because it would rot your roof. You can view the metal roof flashing in the pictures and can tell it was just removed because of the lack of weathering on the back side. They responded by placing the blame on everything else.

What ethical company find's a "safety issue" and does not contact the
homeowner?

My renter was in such disbelief they had to take pictures and contact me. Which is more effort than what this company did.

Matt performed our window cleaning service. He arrived on time, was courteous, explained everything to us, and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time, although he did not rush the job. Our results were very good. Would use him again.

Could not be more pleased with the service provided and job done by Deja View Window Washing! They not only got us on their schedule on short notice (we had lots of family coming for Christmas and wanted the windows cleaned prior to their arrival,) they provided excellent communication regarding the timing for our appointment and clearly identified the charges for the service. Micah, our technician, did an awesome job! He was right on time, got right to work and ensured our windows sparkled and the sills, tracks and screens were spotless - not an easy job since it had been a while since our windows had been cleaned. He even made great suggestions regarding our screens and ensured we were completely satisfied (which we were) with his work prior to his leaving our home. We would definitely recommend Deja View for any of your window washing or screen repair needs. They are the BEST!

I moved into a house that had not had the windows cleaned for years. Deja View came out and meticulously cleaned every nook and cranny. I couldn't believe the difference. The whole house felt lighter, brighter and cleaner. Nice guys. Hardworking and polite, they took great pride in the work. Will definitely hire them again.

Dejavu did an amazing job on our windows, gutters, and vents! Estimate was fair , quick and transparent. Service was professional and the technician was prompt and very thorough while taking extra care to keep things clean and tidy - thank you! I would highly recommend .

Deja View was able to clean my windows the day after I called for an appointment! They showed up a little earlier than they promised and had 4 eager, polite employees (1 female & 3 male!) who started right in washing our exterior windows. When they came inside, they all wore booties and masks and were very careful to cover any furniture &/or other items near the windows they were cleaning.
They left our home with sparkling-clean windows throughout. This is our second positive experience with them and we look forward to having them back in the future.
11/18/2020 update:
We contracted with Deja View Window Washing to shovel our walkways and driveway. They showed up and shoveled everything, even using a ladder to get into the back and shovel the driveway, while we were home! We were getting ready to go out and shovel... and it was done! And done well. We were so relieved to not have to shovel that heavy, wet snow.
We would definitely recommend them for window washing and snow shoveling.

This was our first experience with Deja View window washing and it will not be our last. The company is fantastic. Will did an excellent job on our windows, was prompt and professional, was thorough and detailed. The windows look fabulous. Highly recommend Deja View!

Deja View Window is a highly professional and thorough window cleaning service which also offers other services that homeowners need (power washing, gutter cleaning etc). I was very pleased with the process of getting scheduled and the office letting me know exactly how much it would cost. The staff who came to my house were very pleasant and professional. Daniel and Demetrian did a GREAT job. They arrived on time and got right to work making my windows shine! I have a very large glass light fixture in my entryway and Daniel made sure that when he was done there was not one smudge on the glass. I highly recommend Deja View!

I booked another service online, received a confirmation. On the appointment date they were a no show. I called, "Book an appointment on line." I did and another no show. I called Deja Vu, spoke to a human, booked an appointment. Received a confirmation. On the day of the appointment I received a call from the serviceman informing me of ETA. Excellent results as well! Very professional! This is how a service should be run!
