I have used this company for many years with great results but this past visit cemented my loyalty forever. They always do an awesome job but the customer service this last visit was beyond belief! I had an emergency and the owner came and stayed until Ricard could get there holding a parking space open to accommodate the hose into my condo!!

This is the second time we have used Superior. Both times Richard has been able to remove hot sauce stains from our carpet. I would not recommend dropping a full bottle of hot sauce, but if it happens, there is a good chance they can clean it! Thanks again!

Richard of Superior Floor Care was most professional and skilled, certainly up to the task of cleaning a white sofa and rather soiled area rug, made to look like new. I have already recommended this company to others and will continue to do so.

As a bargain shopper you learn that "you get what you pay for" is a gamble that you take when it sounds "too good to be true". The deal of 50% off services was incredibly appealing and you could say that it was an offer I couldn't refuse. Well, let me tell you something, this was without a doubt the best carpet cleaning my home has ever had. We have used other companies, we've used Groupons/Tippr and coupons, but we are always left a little disappointed. This was not the case here. Our carpet was fluffy and soft, not crunchy or bunchy. The technician was friendly, attentive on my instructions and also made it clear to me what he would be doing. The stairs had to be my biggest surprise. We have never been happy with the work done to the stairs in the past, but now our stairs look brand new and they are obviously where the most traffic occurs. Not only would I recommend this company, but I will use them again.

Superior Floor Care is the BEST! They are extremely professional and kind from when you schedule to when your floors are cleaned. I have used them annually for about 12+ years and will continue to use them! I refer them to anyone who asks too! ABSOLUTE BEST! Will ALWAYS use them!!

When we were getting ready to sell our townhouse we debated whether to replace our carpet or have it cleaned. Because of the wear and condition of 10 years and few cats,we were leaning towards replacing but decided to have Superior Floor Care clean it. The results of their cleaning was nothing less then unbelievable. Our old dingy carpet looked brand new and we had no doubt we made the right decision. The only regret we had was not having Superior cleaning our carpet regularly while we lived there. A lesson learned that we are bringing to our new house. We highly recommend them no matter what condition your carpet is in.

We've been using Superior for over ten years. Richard has a great attention to detail and doesn't leave until our carpet looks as if it is brand new. They have always done an excellent clean every time.

Booking the appointment was very easy, Susan (in the office) quoted me a price via email and told me Richard (carpet cleaner) would measure carpet to be cleaned and give me a quote before he started. Richard was prompt and professional and did measure the house and quoted me a price that was spot on to the original estimate. This was a rental house that I have been in for 4 years. Earlier in the week, my landlord had the carpets stretched by another company. Although they did a good job stretching, they left pieces of carpet all over the place. We had already moved out of the house and didn't have a vacuum cleaner to clean up the mess. Richard said he would take care of it and he did! He did a great job on the carpet and got out a few stains that I didn't think would come out. Also, he was done before he said he would be. I would highly recommend.

Superior Floor Care is well named! Never have my carpets been done so superbly! Add in that Richard, the technician, was a perfectionist, & you'll understand why I will never call anyone but Superior again. 5 stars are simply not enough!

We used Superior Floor Care for a recent fix and flip. The floors (laminate wood) were in terrible shape and we were hoping that Jason would be able to clean them up a bit, but didn't except much. I talked to Jason that morning and he said that the floors were incorrectly sealed with a Bono-type product, which had sealed in all of the dirt (there was a lot, as this home hadn't been taken care of). We were blown away by the end result. Jason went above and beyond what a normal company would do, and basically didn't give up on the floors, striping the sealant off and going over them multiple times. The floors looked brand new and stunned the buyers and everyone that had seen the house before they were done, my husband and myself included.

Jason also did a fantastic job cleaning carpet (it also turned out looking new) and with a bath tub tile clean. We highly recommend Superior Floor Care! Friendly and professional service, reasonable prices, and FANTASTIC quality of work. Thanks, Jason!
