I am so happy! We had a maple kitchen floor that was a mess--no one had taken care of it for years. I got FIVE quotes and while Superior was not the absolute cheapest, they were very competitive and I trusted them to get the job done right. Ethan, the owner, explained the steps, listened to my tight deadline and scheduled the job. The guys did amazing work and I cannot believe it's the same floor. Total transformation. They were on time--even with my tight deadline--and the communication (setting up the bid, scheduling the job, confirm the day before, check in once the job started, call each night) was perfect--no need to chase these guys around, they are upfront about arrivals, setting expectations, very thoughtful. Nice, friendly, fast, clean (it really is surprisingly dustless) and I could not be happier with the results. PLUS they used a water based product so I could get back to living life in my kitchen, which is now beautiful! I wish I could give these guys 6 stars. Don't mess around. Superior did excellent work! Our floors turned out amazing! They removed old carpet and handled some new found surprises and repairs very well. Professional service, great communication, highly recommended! They completed the job on schedule as promised. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and their ownership.

We have used Superior Floor Care on a couple of occasions, and have always been beyond impressed with the results. Micah and his crew have always been more than helpful on explaining their process and different techniques on how they clean carpets as well as other surfaces. On one particular occurrence, a family member had bought a house where the original homeowner had cats who had peed and had an abundance of cat hair and dander in the carpets. He was able to make the carpets so clean that our family member never had any allergy issues while living at that house. Their crew also saved our carpets in our house, when we thought we would have to replace them. By far the best carpet cleaning crew in the Denver area.

These guys are great. The photos say it all. Ethan was very careful not to over promise what he thought was possible, which we appreciated, and we were really pleased with the outcome.

Superior Floor Care was reasonably priced compared to our other quotes to refinish our hardwood floor. They were accommodating when we asked for a quick turn around, which was great.
They completed the work in time however they left a hole in a floorboard they had replaced. After questioning the workmanship, they came back to patch the whole however they did a poor job. After complaining again, they tried to fix the issue. Whilst the second attempt was better it was still noticeable and we were told that that was as good as it could get, even in they tried again.

Richard was right on time. He was energetic, yet compassionate in his interaction with us. The job he did was that of a true professional. My husband Mel and I have never had our wanted results accomplished by another carpet cleaning company. Superior Carpet Cleaning Service is the best. There were no spots or traffic path remaining. Superior is ABSOLUTELY the BEST!!! We've used them for many years for carpets and nobody comes close to their quality. We made the mistake of falling for a low priced carpet cleaning from a competitor when we had our ducts cleaned. These guys said they had the best equipment and nobody could do as good of a job but of course didn't deliver. We showed them the door after 2 rooms and called Superior. They squeezed us in Amadeo saved the day. Carpets are like new again and we'll never make the mistake of calling anyone other than Superior in the future.

We had a really good experience with Superior. They refinished our hardwood on the main floor and installed new wood on our stairs and a couple rooms on our second floor. We noticed a couple areas that needed a bit more work after the job was done, and they were happy to make the adjustments right away. Ethan kept us updated throughout the project - multiple texts and calls every day. The project ended up taking a day longer than expected, so without us having to ask, they offered to comp the new flush mount floor vents to make up for it. We needed help moving our refrigerator to hook up the water line after the job was done, so Jeff graciously came over with equipment to help us. Everybody we worked with was full of helpful advice, even on upcoming home improvement projects that were unrelated to the floors! We definitely recommend this company.

The company I work for has used Superior Floor Care for many, many years. They always do a great job and even come back in the morning to buff out the carpet after the cleaning. This extra process is due to the nature of our carpet. Our carpet looks great after every cleaning.

We had superior floors refinish the hardwoods in our new home. We initially were only going to do the main floor but they did such a great job we had them do the second floor. About a month after they finished we had a flood in the kitchen which ruined the floors. Ethan and Richard were able to redo the kitchen and you can’t even tell there was a problem. I highly recommend Superior floors they are a great company to work with.

Amadeo arrived to our home promptly at the appointed time to clean and seal my tile floors/grout and granite countertops. He was very professional and courteous. He listened to and understood my concerns and addressed them providing the best options for our budget. A section of the granite countertop had an awful stain and a deep chip.
Amadeo called the owner (Ethan) for advice on the best method to repair the chip, and within minutes he arrived at our home. This was very impressive! Together they restored the countertop to its original beauty and luster. I'm completely satisfied with their commitment and attention to detail. We have used Superior Floor Care in the past for carpet cleaning and we've always been pleased with their service and workmanship. We highly recommend them for all you floor and granite care.

Amazing results! We received a chair with rub marks in multiple places and thought the fabric was damaged, but after it had been cleaned, we couldn't tell which chair of four had the rub marks! If you are looking for an upholstery cleaner in the Denver area, this is the one to choose! They were super knowledgeable and efficient, and showed great concern for our situation. We cannot thank you enough for taking care of this for us! We are absolutely thrilled!

I contacted Ethan on behalf of a client that I have worked with for many years. It was a one man job but both Ethan (owner) and the tech showed up with both with a professional attitude and clean professional attire tucked in. My belief is that if you have pride in yourself you will take pride in the work you do for others.

The marble floor I had them work on was installed on a poor sub flooring structure that had been redesigned to accommodate the new marble flooring. The marble over the years had started to break down with a few hairline fractures and badly scuffed. As well there were ceramic tiles that replaced some of the old marble with a different finish due to digital picture imprint. They were extremely careful with these new tile. The job came out really nice, I had a minor issue but Ethan was more than happy to take care of it. I am also having them do a hardwood refinish and carpet cleaning for the same client and will post results. Great work guys!

They left me hanging before thanksgiving and never did my scheduled cleaning or returned my calls. Very disorganized. The quality was poor as well. I don’t think they treat their workers well. Might be out of business as I still haven’t gotten a call back.

Friendly, thorough, courteous - these folks are just fantastic. They clean our home on a regular basis, and have consistently demonstrated complete trustworthiness on all levels. I'll endorse them until I'm blue in the face. :) Thank you!

I contacted them because they were the preferred vendor for my apartment complex. They weren’t responsive by email or phone call and took numerous attempts to book the appointment. Then they were 3 hours late and rushed my move out clean - leaving the vents, windows and sills and walls dirty.

The saying "you get what you pay for" really rings true for my experience with this company. I bought a 2hr Groupon for $50, then added an extra hour for $38. The company was hard to get a hold of to schedule. I called and left a message with no reply back, and called a few additional times (during business hours) and no one would answer.
When I finally talked to someone she was a bit short and not helpful. She informed me the cleaners would not scrub or do anything extra without me paying more. I don't expect a hardcore scrub but I do expect things to be clean.
My cleaner showed up on time and was very sweet- the only thing that earned 2 stars. Although experienced I am not impressed. She was unsure how much time she was supposed to do, and left before the 3hrs was up (left about 20min early). TBD but I'm not holding my breath to see if I get any partial refund on that.
I didn't inspect the work til she was gone which was my mistake, but really wishing I would have.
I had to re-sweep areas of the floor, as she uses a vacuum and not a broom so a lot gets missed in tight areas. My master shower floor was still filthy. I asked her to skip basement bathroom but could do the toilet and counter-this was not touched.
When I called the company to complain they offered to send her back out. She didn't do well the first time, WHY would I want her again? The next offer was $25 off another cleaning. Umm what about my dissatisfaction makes you think I'd want another mediocre cleaning from your company?? I sent them photos of the unclean/half-done areas and no response yet, no refund.
Advice: pay more for a company who does the job right and cares about customer service

Worst cleaning service I've ever came in contact with.They service our building twice a week and barely makes it. They never inform you or make up for the times they've missed. I've tried contacting Carrie Ruiz and would never get an answer nor does she return your calls, she only hides behind her emails. She wanted to set up a meeting with us but never showed up or explain why she never showed up. When i asked her for a copy of our contract, she never provided it. I'm very disappointed with their service and is glad that we are terminating their service.

Update: Carrie Ruiz has not returned our keys and it has been 14 days since we've stopped services with them. so unprofessional.

We have had bi-weekly cleanings for six months and the quality has never dipped. It is rare to find a service this consistent and trustworthy.

Highly recommend this cleaning service for anyone needing dependable and high-quality house cleaning.

Steve was great! On-time and prompt with meeting, and was able to book quickly. Very friendly and personable. Rate and service was great. Would definitely recommend and will be using for future issues.
