Stephan was great! He had great communication and resolved our issue. I appreciated his professionalism and his analysis of the issue and how to prevent it in the future!

Steve was able to service my dryer the same day I called him, was here on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I have a roof top vent so it was a bit more challenging and costly but he did a great job.

Best experience I have had with a contractor that I can remember.
What started out to be a simple vent cleaning turned into much more.
After living in this house for 30 years and cleaning the first 10 feet of the dryer vent, we bought a new dryer that was not getting the clothes dry.
The Maytag service guy said that he couldn’t work on the dryer until I got a receipt from a professional vent cleaner. I did some research and luckily found Steve.
He quickly diagnosed the problem and surmised the only solution was to fix an issue the builders created when they made the vent pipe go outside but put the outlet under the pipe in hopes that gravity would disperse the outgoing dryer lint. What a disaster. 30 years of lint buildup with no place to go.
Steve had to cut through my deck to get to the vent area and devised a place for the vent pipe to go and found a cover that would fit under electrical pipes and function optimally. Brilliant!
All of this work while charging a very reasonable rate. I didn’t think it could be done. I wish I could use him for other projects I have around the house.
I HIGHLY recommend Steve for any of your ventures cleaning needs.

Our house was badly in need of having our windows washed and now we feel like we’re living in a new house. He washed outside, inside, and screens.

Dillon was very accommodating to work with our schedule by taking a last minute call. He was in and out in no time, did a far better job than we could ever do, and was extremely patient with our 1-year-old running around at his feet while he did the work. Our windows look phenomenal! Dillon was extremely responsive and answered all our questions. He was very diligent and was very thorough. We had our exterior and interior windows cleaned. It is amazing how wonderful they look. We will absolutely be using New Heights Home Restoration again.

Dillon was fantastic. I have an older home with old windows. I had not idea how to take the windows apart so they hadn’t been fully cleaned in (gulp) at least 12 years. He figured them out and they are sparkling now. So impressed and happy. I can’t recommend him enough!

Dillon replaced all four of my windows expertly. He held my hand through the whole process of selecting the right windows, ordering, installation, and even washed them so they're sparkling. I could tell immediately the improved insulation and noise quality in the house. Would absolutely recommend working with this company.

Not only did Andy do a great job on our carpets, he came back a few days later to clean up an accident by our pet. This is a great company with wonderful service.
