I had another company out to give a bid for stretching and cleaning and they just never followed up so I found STC online. They have excellent communication, showed up on time and did the job quickly and for a fair price. Glad to have found them.

We are so pleased with the great job Todd and son Andy accomplished in our home. They cleaned our nasty ducts plus 800 sq. ft of carpeting in the basement, AFTER re-stretching a bit of moldy carpet following a leak. And our white area rug hasn't looked so good in years.
STC is truly a family company, with Shannon fielding all my calls about various needs. We won't hesitate to recommend them and hire them again!

Andy was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. He and his Dad cleaned our carpets, ducts, and dryer vent. They did an excellent job and were very reasonably priced.

Very good cleaning - carpets look like new. And they were quite accommodating with timing since I wanted to do it on a nicer day in the winter (front door open during the cleaning). Price was quite fair, and they even threw in a small kitchen rug cleaning and spot protector in a high traffic area for free! I’ll be back using STC again!

These guys are great. Efficient but thorough. Understanding of budget concerns. Friendly and respectful. We had one area in our house that our dog decided was his indoor bathroom, and they cleaned it up and removed all odors. I very much enjoyed and appreciated their services, and will absolutely use them again in the future.

I called to get carpet as soon as possible and I was lucky that someone cancelled afternoon appt. Shannon was so nice and we found out she lived in this area 40 yrs ago. One of the best service companies that I have dealt with. I am 76 years old so I have many, many comparisons. I contracted with STC Carpet Care for carpet stretching and air duct cleaning. The owners, Andy and Todd, showed up on time with quality equipment. They were careful and very deliberate with their work and left no mess. They were very accommodating and did not charge extra for special requests. Great job at a fair price.
