Graff cleaning is a unique cleaning service. They actually listen to their customer and will customize their services according to your needs weekly. They provide a great customer experience and the results show.

Yesterday was the first and last time to use this company. The owner came with one other person, and spent no more than two hours here, based on text messages she sent when she came and then left. Then, she said that she had to postpone someone else's cleaning until tomorrow since our house took so much longer than expected. I just don't understand how much time she expected to spend thoroughly cleaning our house if two hours was much longer than she expected. They didn't mop the floor, make one of the beds, and the so much was either done sloppily or not done at all. Towels and pillows were not straightened up, toiletries in the bathtub were not moved to clean underneath, some furniture was not dusted. The owner was truly surprised that we were not happy with the cleaning, and offered to come back to finish the job. Overall, based on her excuses and the fact that she would even leave the house in the state that it was in and think it was acceptable, I would never have any confidence to have this company return. I have had my house professionally cleaned every two weeks for 8 years, using two other companies, and have never been so disappointed. In response below, Owner claims that my house was dirtier than expected, they spent four hours there, and that I did not have appropriate cleaning supplies causing them to run back and forth to the store, which was simply not true. This is a completely dishonest response.

Graff Cleaning Service has been cleaning my residential home for over three years now. They were referred to me by a friend who was listening to me complain about the performance of the company that were my cleaners at the time.

The issues I was having with the other company were minor to them, but important to me. From day 1, Graff Cleaning Services took all of my requests very seriously. I am quite particular as to what I want cleaned and how clean I want it to be. Borderline OCD.

I have had NONE of those issues with Graff. They routinely do an excellent job and I have referred them to many others I know who are looking for cleaners.

Graff Cleaning Services have been cleaning for our family for 10 years. Denise and team are very professional, timely, thorough and very trustworthy. Every week they analyze where the house needs extra work and spend additional time on those troubled areas. In addition to the agreed upon cleaning duties, Denise and team always inquire where they can provide additional help. She communicates regularly around timing, cleaning materials and observations about the house. She tries new cleaning products to customize the experience to fit our home and our needs. The most important aspect about Graff Cleaning Services is their trustworthiness. I feel completely comfortable with Denise and team working on our house.

We LOVE Graff Cleaning! They've been cleaning our dental office since the day it opened 10 years ago, and we wouldn't trust anyone else with our space. Prompt, professional, and above and beyond! Having Robinson come and clean my carpets was one of the best and easiest decisions … they are courteous and polite and do an amazing job!

I was referred to Robinson by a gentleman from Front Range Odor who I contacted because I had a cat urine issue. He told me that Robinson could do subfloor cleaning, which wasn’t something that all carpet cleaners did. When I called and spoke to Jason, he scheduled me quickly, they arrived on time, and they did an extremely thorough job of the three rooms that I had cleaned plus the stairs, which were the big problem with cat urine. They took several extra steps to make sure that they got the cat urine odor out of the carpet and prior to the actual cleaning of the carpets, they used a tool to pull up the nap so that the cleaning would be more thorough. I’m very happy with the job that they did and will hire them again when it’s time to have the carpets cleaned again.

I called Robinson Custom Cleaning about 5:40 tonight to see if I could set up an appointment to get a small portion of my carpet cleaned after having some toilet overflow. They were able to come to my house by about 6:10 and finished the job by 6:45. Jason and Jacob were both very professional and did a great job of cleaning. I will be recommending them to my family and friends. Thank you so much!!

Carpet and stairs were cleaned thoroughly and efficiently with clear knowledge of how to best clean different materials. Also had drier vent cleaned. Everyone was friendly and professional.

Had a wonderful first experience with Robinson Custom Cleaning today! I had a white carpet cleaned that was in need of some serious TLC. There were variety of small stains and spots all over and one larger dirt spot from a naughty dog. The previous owners of my house had not had this carpet professionally cleaned in years, so overall there was a tinge of grey all over as well.
A team of two men worked on my living room - they put up a temporary door to keep the heat in (it was snowing out!) which kept me from having to turn up the heat, and they used protective booties on their shoes when walking around. They answered all of my questions and described everything to me in detail - it is quite the process and involves a variety of tools!
I appreciated the time they took to go over spots multiple times and treat areas that needed more attention. They went around the exterior of the room on their hands and knees with a brush making sure the edges of the carpet were clean and fluffed.
The process they used seemed efficient and thorough. They treated the rug, spot treated areas in need, steamed the entire area (it was basically a sauna in the room!), sucked the carpets dry, fluffed the carpets, and treated the entire area with the Scotch Guard product that I wanted (I may have missed a step or two, but that is what I remember).
I qualified for their first time customer discount, and overall the price for the cleaning was just right - affordable and upfront. They are a paperless company, so they sent me my receipt via email - which is better for the environment and is great for receipt/record keeping.
I am actually planning on bringing an area rug to their HQ to have that cleaned as well later this summer.
I am so glad I chose this company to clean the carpet in my home - I will definitely be a repeat customer!
