Clean Queen has been cleaning my home for a few years. They are fantastic to work with - super responsive to feedback, always checking in and making sure that they get the job done right. They do a great job but if anything is ever missed they come right back out to fix it. I feel like a valued customer. I love that it’s a woman owned business too!

We've been with Clean Queen for a few years now. With young kids it seems we never stop picking up and cleaning and it's such a stress relief to have the deep cleaning done regularly. Claire has been doing our service for awhile now and is wonderful--she has an eye for detail and is very thorough. Our floors never look better than after her service!

We have been working with clean queen for almost 2 months now. I appreciate the timeline updates before the scheduled cleaning. Claire was here on time, she is careful with breakable items. She is cheerful and did a great job with cleaning our house.

Everything from the quote to cleans have been easy and straightforward. I set up an initial deep clean and was so happy with the experience I set up biweekly cleanings. Every communication with Katie and Alexis have been professional and kind. Grace has cleaned our house twice now and has been efficient and detailed in her work-she’s also super great with our pets! I have wanted to have this service for some time but have wondered if it was worth it, I can tell you it certainly is!

I am a satisfied and happy long term customer of Clean Queen. While I have a favorite steady cleaning person, their entire team is first rate. When circumstance may require my usual person to be unavailable, No problem, their substitute maintains the excellent quality. Going with Clean Queen is some of the best money for my mental health and happiness, not to mention a darn clean house!

We've been using Clean Queen for about 6 months and so far the experience has been good. Here's what I really like: this is a woman owned and operated business, they communicate really well, are flexible with schedule changes, the cleaners are courteous and friendly, and generally leave our home much cleaner than when they arrived!
Some cleaners are better and more thorough than others and some are more hesitant to ask questions - although Clean Queen has hired some really great women on their staff. I look forward to our continued relationship.

I have been extremely happy with the services of clean queen! We’ve had biweekly cleaning four times now, and each time our cleaners have been so sweet, and very detail oriented. Last week Audrey did a wonderful job for us and I just feel like they always go above and beyond!

Clean Queen was great! I purchased a cleaning as a gift for my best friend who was struggling with depression. Katie helped me coordinate with my friend’s schedule and also notify her that I had purchased this as a gift for her. I really appreciate the extra time taken to coordinate as I live in another state! Also, the staff left my friend a nice little note when they were done cleaning her home. 10/10 would recommend this business for their superb customer service! Thank you for going above and beyond!

We love Clean Queen! I am incredibly fussy about my home and a total neat freak but I have finally found a cleaning service that truly understands the meaning of "clean". Communication with Katie is always prompt, friendly and professional. The entire team is also very professional, they arrive on-time and they do a great job. They are great with all our pets. I love that they do some deep cleaning with every service (I can never get to that on a regular basis). Even small things like the cleaning products they use seem to be better than other services I've used in the past - I'm sensitive to scent and my home just smells "clean", not like chemicals. We had a deep cleaning done for our first appointment with Clean Queen. Amanda and Jessica arrived and were kind enough to clean one room first so that we could stay there and keep the dog in that room while they did the rest of the house. Every room was thoroughly cleaned, our entire house smelled so good after, and they tidied up all the blankets. They exceeded our expectations and we are beyond thrilled with their work. Will definitely continue to use Clean Queen's services and would recommend.

We had our home deep cleaned today by Kailey. She was awesome, caring and very attentive. We appreciate all of her efforts to go above and beyond in our clean and working around our pet! Thank you for being awesome Kailey!

Well, I am pleased with the results. Our home was a bit much, so I do appreciate what they were able to accomplish with the short designated time period. They arrived around 11AM and they finished at 2PM. This has helped us tremendously as we were falling behind on chores. I am so thankful for this company. Seriously I feel every working family should ease the load a little and hire Clean Queen. My bathrooms are spotless, the floors cleaned, the oven degreased, and the ceiling fan was even dusted. Hahah thank you ladies so much.

Mary did an amazing job for me yesterday 5/13. I had something come up and she was only able to get some of the cleaning done. She and Clean Queen adapted to the situation. Looking forward to future cleaning in my home

Clean Queen has been cleaning our home for about a year and we are very happy with them. Communication is great - I appreciate the reminders of our upcoming clean as well as notifications when they are on their way. We are on a set schedule but rescheduling is easy. They very receptive to feedback and adjust to my preferences (I can be pucky!) and above all are reliable and easy to work with. Brittany is our regular cleaner and she is efficient and takes pride in her work (plus she is sweet to our dog 😊). She sometimes comes on her own but recently has been coming with Kylee and the two work well together and leave our home sparkling.

2024 Update! Still using Clean Queen four years later and still very happy with the service. Claire has been my regular cleaner for a while and she is so sweet and friendly and always does an amazing job.

I recently switched to Clean Queen from a different company and I was so impressed with the service. From the initial phone call, to the cleaning crew, everything has been very professional. The lead cleaner Marissa was so thorough, checking all the rooms and spaces to make sure they had been completed. The crew was friendly and efficient. Definitely give them a call if you're looking for cleaning service!

I love Clean Queen. My regular gal does a great job. Freeing me up to do yard work and my normal job. Coming home to a clean house 1x a month is a relaxing day in my book.

Clean Queen did a phenomenal job with cleaning our space. They provided before and after photos and cleaned everything amazing. I have had other cleaning services who do not do half the amount of work that Clean Queen put in.

Cannot recommend them enough and we will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for cleaning services!

Katie and the Clean Queen team have been great to work with! We’ve been using them for a monthly clean for about 6 months, and Katie is always extremely responsive if I have any questions about the scheduling. The cleaners have been wonderful - very thorough, especially with how much dog hair we have in our house, and accommodating for me to move around the house since I work from home. We really appreciate the work they do!

Clean Queen does an excellent job of cleaning. Shawnna is very thorough and deals with the pet hair like a pro. I also like the text message notification system that lets you know when to expect your cleaner.
